Olivia Wilde raises eyebrows with slender look as her ex-boyfriend Harry Styles gets engaged to Zoe Kravitz

People noticed Olivia Wilde appeared to have lost weight when she attended the San Francisco International Film Festival this week.

For the past month, people have been speculating that the 42-year-old actress has been using Ozempic, and her recent public appearance hasn’t stopped the rumors.

Wilde wore a long, flowing skirt that hid her legs, paired with a simple white T-shirt that showed off her toned arms.

Fans reacted strongly to her look, with some speculating she may have had weight-loss injections, while others believed the red carpet lighting simply made her appear different.

‘That’s age, not ozempic. She has always been skinny,’ wrote one.

I’ve noticed she’s always been naturally slim, and honestly, I think the way the photo was taken – from a distance, I guess – really changes how she looks. It kind of exaggerates things, you know?

‘Why would she be using Ozempic when she’s been thin all her life?’ wrote a third.

‘It’s not Ozempic, she’s always been very thin. This is just a [bad] makeup job,’ added another.

Earlier this month, people on social media speculated that Olivia Wilde was using the weight-loss drug Ozempic after she appeared with a noticeably slimmer figure while wearing a crop top at an event in Los Angeles.

The actress is dedicated to staying in shape and is frequently seen working out at gyms in Los Angeles.

She prioritizes a diet of whole, unprocessed foods and regularly works out at the Tracy Anderson Method Studio in Studio City.

To get in shape for the movie Tron: Legacy in 2010, Olivia Wilde followed a rigorous workout routine that included cardio five days a week, strength training three days a week, and as many mixed martial arts classes as she could fit into her schedule.

This news follows the recent engagement of actress Zoe Kravitz, 37, to 32-year-old Harry Styles, who previously dated the 42-year-old filmmaker.

Wilde and Styles dated for nearly two years before breaking up in November 2022.

On Monday, Wilde was spotted reuniting with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis as she dropped their kids off.

The couple dated from 2011 to 2020 and have two children together: a 12-year-old son named Otis and a 9-year-old daughter named Daisy.

Even though they’ve had a difficult history, Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis, 50, hugged, showing they’re able to work together well as parents.

Florence Pugh and Harry Styles became romantically involved in late 2020 while filming “Don’t Worry Darling,” which caused a significant fallout with Wilde.

She split from Sudeikis in November 2020, before going official with Styles in January 2021. 

Even though rumors circulated about her having an affair, Wilde insisted she didn’t cheat on Jason Sudeikis. In an October 2022 interview with Vanity Fair, she stated that the claim she left Jason for Harry Styles was false and ridiculous.

A source told DailyMail.com in January 2025 that Olivia was starting to heal emotionally from her very public breakup with the musician, over two years after they split.

I’ve been following her for years, and after things ended with Harry, she completely stepped back. It was so good to see her prioritize herself and her family instead of rushing into anything new. Honestly, their relationship had become a total circus, and she needed that time to get away from all the public attention and rediscover what she wanted.

Wilde is now dating art dealer Caspar Jopling, to whom she was first linked in September 2025.

After taking a four-year break from acting in movies, Olivia Wilde is now working on several new and interesting projects.

Next July, she’ll appear with Charli XCX in Gregg Araki’s new erotic thriller, “I Want Your Sex.”

She’s joining Pedro Pascal and Will Arnett in the upcoming drama film, Behemoth, directed by Tony Gilroy.
