Okay, so I’m really excited about getting into Neverness to Everness (NTE), and I’ve been doing a lot of research! It seems like picking the right starting character is super important, especially if you’re like me and want to play for free. The game is giving out a ton of free stuff at the beginning – rewards, beginner pulls, and different banners – and everyone’s trying to figure out the quickest way to ‘reroll’ – basically restarting the game to get the best characters without spending any money. It’s all about getting a strong team right from the start!
In the game, “rerolling” – starting a new account – lets players get another chance at the initial free character pulls until they get a powerful, limited-time character. Although it takes effort, starting with a strong damage dealer, support character, or premium unit can make the game much easier, especially when progressing through the story, defeating bosses, and building a valuable account over time.
This guide will help you decide if rerolling your account is worthwhile in Neverness to Everness. We’ll cover the quickest way to reroll, which characters are most valuable, and a tier list of the best characters available at launch. If you’re aiming for a powerful start in NTE, this guide will help you choose wisely.
How to reroll efficiently in Neverness to Everness (NTE)
In “Neverness to Everness,” “rerolling” means making new accounts over and over again until you get the characters you want from the initial random draws (called “gacha pulls”). It’s particularly helpful when the game first launches because there are usually lots of free rewards available, like free pulls from events, in-game mail, and codes you can redeem. You can unlock the gacha system in just 15 to 20 minutes. Here’s a guide on how to reroll:
- To begin with, download and install Neverness to Everness on your device.
- Once installed, create a new account using your preferred login method and start the game.
- Next, play through the tutorial. Focus only on the required objectives and skip unnecessary distractions to save time.
- Once you finish the tutorial, claim your limited banner pulls from the mail and daily check-in event.
- At this point, open the menu and navigate to the Scarborough Fair section. Use all available pulls on limited banners to try your luck for a limited character.
- If you’re satisfied, keep the account. If not, log out and create a new account, then repeat the process.

| Adler | Support and DoT DPS | He is the only character who can provide a shield and also deal DoT damage. |
| Baicang | Support and DPS | An awesome DPS who consumes his HP to deal damage and also provides buffs. |

A Tier (Good character, but can be replaced by upcoming characters)
| Characters | Roles | Reason |
|---|---|---|

| Haniel | Support | Provide Buffs. |

Should you Reroll or not in Neverness to Everness
Unlike many games where you have a 50/50 chance of getting a limited character, Neverness to Everness guarantees you’ll get the featured character once you reach a certain amount of pulls on the Limited Board. This makes it less necessary to start a new account (reroll) compared to games like Genshin Impact.
NTE lets you pick a free top-tier character after 50 regular pulls, so there’s no need to start over unless you’re specifically aiming for a limited-time character when your pull count is low.
