Jiuyuan is a powerful, top-tier character in Neverness to Everness. She’s designed to be the main damage dealer in your team, using her skills and ultimate ability to inflict heavy damage. This guide will cover everything you need to know about building Jiuyuan, including her abilities, the best Arcs and Console to equip, and recommended team compositions.
Neverness to Everness Jiuyuan Build Guide: Kit explained
Okay, so I’m checking out Jiuyuan, and she’s a damage dealer – a main DPS, as they say. What really sets her apart is this thing called the Lethal Rose Pact, which is how she does most of her damage. She’s especially good at taking on groups of enemies, basically controlling the chaos while dishing out hurt. Here’s what I’ve found out about her skills, ultimate, and passive abilities so far:
Skill
She quickly moves across the battlefield after using her ability, drawing her target close and attacking them with damage that hits multiple times. This also gives her 4 Rose Pact Bullets, which are used to activate her Lethal Rose Pact and Pact Settlement abilities.
Lethal Rose Pact is an ability that steadily drains an enemy’s health. After 5 seconds, it puts them in a state where Pact Settlement can activate. Lethal Rose Pact lasts for 25 seconds. When Pact Settlement triggers, it deals significant Anima damage and substantially boosts the user’s ultimate ability damage.
Ultimate
Okay, so when she uses her ultimate, it’s amazing. She just zooms across the battlefield, blasting everything around her, and finishes with this huge explosion that does Anima damage. But here’s the really cool part: it activates something called Final Reckoning. This means anyone she’s marked with Lethal Rose Pact gets put into a state where all those Pact Settlements can happen at once when she lands that final hit – it’s a massive burst of damage!
Passive Skills
- Seize the Movement: Spawns 1 additional Lebenstamm and increases the Lebenstamm limit on the field to 6. This passive greatly increases her elemental reaction damage.
- Whispers at my Command: Binds targets not affected by Fatal Rose Pact when Lebenblumes hit them. Triggers an additional settlement on targets already bound, causing them to take an extra 15% × Anima DMG. This passive enhances her first passive skill damage.
Neverness to Everness Jiuyuan Build Guide: Best Arcs
| Arcs | Effects |
|---|---|
| Reality Refuge (S) | Increases Anima DMG by 15%. Increases the wearer’s Attachment DMG by 10%. Increases the Attachment DMG bonus to 20% for 6s when the wearer casts an Ultimate. The effect does not stack.
This Arc is her best arc. It increases Anima damage by 15% and increases the wearer’s Attachment damage by 30%. That’s a huge buff for her. |
| Fluff of Fearlessness (S) | Increases ATK by 25% for 10s after the wearer casts an Ultimate. The effect does not stack.
This arc is a great alternative for her. provides a massive 25% AtK buff after using her Ultimate. |
| The Forgotten (A) | Increases ATK by 20% when the wearer’s HP is above 50%; increases DEF by 20% when HP is below 50%.
This arc is a great choice if you don’t have any S-rank characters, but you have to maintain more than 50% HP for the buff. |
Neverness to Everness Jiuyuan Build Guide: Best Console
| Console | Effects |
|---|---|
| Fireflies and the Forest Set | Epic (2): Anima Damage +10%.
Legendary (4): Increases the wearer’s Crit Damage by 8% when an enemy takes Anima Damage from any team members, up to 7 stacs. Each stack lasts for 10 seconds. The effect remains active when the character is off the field. This set gives 56% Crit damage from its passive, which is a huge buff and also increases Anima Damage by 10%. |
Substat Priority: Anima Damage Bonus > CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG > ATK%
Jiuyuan Best Team Comps
Jiuyuan/Mint/Zero/Hathor
Jiuyuan is the primary damage dealer for this team, handling most of the attack power. Mint and Zero provide support, enhancing Blosom’s special abilities. Hathor acts as both a support character and a secondary damage dealer.
Hathor/Jiuyuan/Mint/Edgar
Hathor is the primary damage dealer for this team. Jiyuan will both cause a powerful reaction and contribute damage, while also strengthening it. Mint will boost the Blossom reaction, and Edgar will keep the whole team healthy.
Is Jiuyuan worth pulling in Neverness to Everness
While she isn’t currently the strongest Anima damage dealer in Neverness to Everness, her unique ability to deal damage even when not actively in battle makes her a fantastic character. She’s a great choice if you’re looking for a damage dealer who can also provide support.
