Model Miranda Kerr, 43, reveals cosmetic procedure that treats her fine lines and wrinkles: ‘I’m obsessed!’

Miranda Kerr has shared the secret to her perfect skin.

Okay, so I was totally stalking Instagram and found out the most amazing thing! Our goddess, the Australian supermodel, is getting this treatment called Sofwave! And it’s with Nurse Karen – seriously, she’s like, the aesthetician to the stars. I need to book an appointment IMMEDIATELY. I have to know her secret!

The 43-year-old raves about the treatment, saying it’s gentle, requires no recovery time, and helps reduce signs of aging. ‘I’m obsessed!’ she exclaims.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen firsthand how people are embracing new technologies for skincare. Recently, I observed Nurse Karen demonstrating a fantastic anti-ageing device to Miranda, carefully applying it and explaining all the amazing benefits it offers. It’s all about finding innovative ways to keep your skin looking its best!

Karen further explained on Instagram that Sofwave is a cutting-edge ultrasound treatment meant to boost collagen and firm skin, ultimately helping to maintain a youthful, glowing appearance.

She says the treatment is non-invasive, requiring no needles or recovery time, and can improve sagging skin, wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and even cellulite.

Karen explained that Sofwave uses ultrasound energy to gently heat the deeper layers of skin. This natural process encourages the skin to heal itself, increasing collagen and elastin for a more youthful appearance.

It comes after Miranda revealed more of the secrets behind her youthful looks.

Instead of sharing her favorite skincare products, the Australian model revealed some of her unusual daily habits, like taking placenta pills to help regulate her hormones.

“My goal is to be a grandma who still looks and feels great,” she shared with Get The Gloss, explaining her approach to health and wellness.

As a huge fan of Kora Organics, I always loved hearing about Miranda’s wellness routine! She’s shared that she begins each day with a full litre of organic celery juice, and it really helps manage her IBS and keeps her digestion on track. It’s something I’ve definitely tried to incorporate into my own morning ritual!

After being diagnosed with proctitis, a type of IBS, while pregnant with her son Hart (whom she shares with Evan Spiegel), she started following a specific diet.

She starts by warming up in a heated room, then immediately contrasts that with a cold plunge in an inflatable ice bath on her balcony. While in the ice bath, she practices the Wim Hof Method breathing exercises.

She also has a luxury Higherdose Infrared Sauna Blanket, priced at $1,088 AUD (around £559.20), allowing her to enjoy heat therapy while she works.

Miranda keeps peppermint oil beadlets in her bag to soothe her stomach, and she gets hyperbaric oxygen therapy once a week.

Miranda loves RMS UnCoverup Concealer, which costs around $65 AUD (about £38). She also uses the $94 AUD (£65) face oil from her own skincare line, Kora Organics.

She finishes her makeup with RMS’s ReDimension hydra powder blush and Kora Organics SPF30 sun drops – priced at $76 AUD (around £52) – to create a radiant, glowing look.

Miranda stays in shape with short, four-minute yoga and dance cardio sessions. She especially loves Kundalini yoga and the workouts created by Megan Roup.

Miranda is a busy mom who squeezes in 30 minutes of treadmill time whenever possible.
