Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli’s $245 Board Shorts Steal the Show at Bondi Beach!
On Monday, Michael ‘Wippa‘ Wipfli showcased his affluence by donning high-end swim trunks at Bondi Beach.
The forty-five-year-old host from Nova Radio showcased his robust physique wearing navy-themed P. Johnson swim trunks, priced at a noticeable $245.
On a sun-kissed seashore, I, a proud father, basked alongside my trio – Theodore, aged eight, Jack, vibrant at seven, and the lively four-year-old Francesca. My cherished partner, Lisa, by my side. The day was ours to enjoy, dipping in the refreshing ocean waves together.
With seawater glistening on his hair, the well-known figure brushed back his short, dark tresses from his scalp as he exited the water, accompanied by his kids.
Wippa’s older boys looked his mirror image as they rocked matching goggles and blue swim shirts.
While she was playing in the shallow waters, his charming little daughter donned cute pink swimsuits, enjoying herself alongside her renowned father.
Wippa reveals that he has three kids with his spouse Lisa (aged 41), who previously discussed their choice to sleep in different beds, which they made in 2023.
In a conversation with Body+Soul, she initially discussed their unusual sleep setup. It turned out that while they each have individual beds, they also retreat to separate private quarters when the day ends.
Lisa went into more detail for The Daily Telegraph, stating that the tradition started while their kids were still young.
‘Now I love it so much that I can’t go back,’ she told the publication.
One cause for them sleeping separately is Wippa’s potential sleep apnea, which he was being tested for during that period. Lisa mentioned that he might eventually sleep with a Darth Vader-like mask on to help with his condition.
She expressed that she’d prefer him to be his best health, instead of developing a brain aneurysm due to insufficient oxygen supply.
Sleep apnoea occurs when a person’s throat is partly or completely blocked while they are asleep.
The condition is managed with a device called Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine, which delivers pressurized air through a face mask, keeping the user’s throat open during sleep.
Lisa added that she is a very sensitive sleeper who wakes up at even the tiniest sound. That’s why she enjoys having a completely quiet environment when she gets a full night of rest.
In essence, we’re sleeping in different beds, and I’d like to point out that you seem significantly happier when you have high-quality rest,” she shared.
Instead of perceiving this as the demise of your marriage, let me clarify that it’s quite the opposite. In truth, I experience immense joy as a spouse when I’m not prompting you throughout the night to roll over due to your snoring.
Lisa and Wippa opened up about their sleeping struggles in 2022.
The mother of three shared that she became drained when Francesca, their daughter, had trouble sleeping.
Lisa explained, “She was unable to calm down by herself. We had to let her rest on the floor while we held her hand until she drifted off to sleep.
I did that task four or five times a night. It felt like existing as an incomplete version of oneself. Whenever I looked in the mirror, I thought, ‘I’m just a hollow imitation of myself.’
For a decade now, Wippa and his wife, Lisa, have been joined by the bond of marriage. They’ve been blessed with three wonderful kids: Theodore, aged eight; Jack, age seven; and their little girl, Francesca, who is four years old.
