Michael will officially be performing again.
During an appearance on Matthew Belloni’s podcast, The Town, Adam Fogelson, head of Lionsgate films, announced that a sequel to the Michael Jackson biopic is in development. Filming is likely to start in either 2026 or 2027, depending on director Antoine Fuqua’s availability.
