Married At First Sight’s Alissa Fay silences split rumours with loved up snap alongside Ninja Warrior boyfriend Nathan Ryles: ‘Not perfect’

Alissa Fay, who appeared on Married At First Sight, quickly found a new partner after the show ended. She’s now dating Nathan Ryles, known from the TV show Ninja Warrior.

Despite rumors suggesting they were having problems, the 33-year-old influencer has confirmed they are still together.

On Thursday, Alissa posted a collection of recent photos on social media showing her with her partner, hinting that their relationship is going strong.

‘Life as of late.. not perfect but pretty good,’ she captioned the Instagram post.

She also shared a sexy black and white photo, which appears to show the pair sharing a tub.

Also at the celebration were Filip Gregov and Stella Mickunaite, who were part of Married at First Sight 2026, and they posed for photos with the newlyweds.

Alissa also shared images of catch-ups with MAFS stars, Rachel Gilmore and Sam Stanton.

Nathan recently didn’t hold back when talking about his relationship during an Instagram Q&A. He was very open about how he felt.

One fan commented that it was lovely to see Nathan so happy and in love, and Nathan quickly replied, thanking them and confirming he was feeling very loved.

Nathan and Alissa reportedly started dating in December, shortly after Alissa left the reality show Married At First Sight.

During the Final Vows ceremony, Alissa was shocked when her on-screen husband, David Momoh, unexpectedly ended their relationship, even though he had previously expressed his love for her.

Nathan and Alissa had been acquainted for a long time before they started dating again, and their connection soon became very strong.

Friends say Alissa has quickly fallen in love. The couple has already moved in together and started saying ‘I love you’ after only a few months of dating.

You know, I’ve been following Nathan’s relationship, and it’s just lovely to see. He’s openly talked about how being with his partner really helps him be his best self, and vice versa. It’s a beautiful thing when two people lift each other up like that – a real sign of a healthy connection, in my opinion!

Alissa described Nathan as her soulmate, explaining that she’s never felt such a strong connection with anyone before.

She told New Idea that she wasn’t expecting to meet him, and their connection just happened naturally. She feels like he’s the one for her.

I used to think I understood love, and I believed I’d experienced it before, but this feels completely different.

Nathan explained that he and Alissa help each other be their best selves. He also admitted he wasn’t aware of any storyline surrounding Alissa on the show Married at First Sight because he hadn’t watched it.

‘She’s treated me better than I’ve ever been treated, and I just love her so much,’ he continued.

The couple, already in love, revealed they’d been aware of each other for years through mutual friends in Adelaide.

Their relationship started to become romantic soon after Alissa finished filming Married at First Sight, when they met during a wine tour organized by her gym.
