Kelly Clarkson has been MIA for more than a week, but there’s reportedly no need to worry
What country or place is Kelly Clarkson currently residing? Fear not, as recent updates suggest that she’s perfectly healthy and hale.
Approximately ten days ago, Simu Liu unexpectedly stepped into the host role on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” when the singer had to leave unexpectedly just a few minutes prior to filming.
Kelly unfortunately can’t join us today,” he informed the crowd on March 3, “and we wish her all the best.” He shared this unexpected news just a few moments earlier, upon his arrival to talk about his latest film ‘Last Breath.’
Liu casually mentioned to the studio crowd that it had been around three years since he last hosted this very show, implying a sense of comfort in the role. Later on, he engaged in conversations with his on-screen partners, Woody Harrelson and Finn Cole.

Clarkson temporarily returned for a couple of days, but she’s been absent since March 6, with a rotating group of substitute hosts taking over her show in the meantime. Some of these stand-ins include Roy Wood Jr., Wanda Sykes, Josh Groban, Brooke Shields, Willie Geist, and Molly Sims.
This week, TMZ claimed Clarkson is healthy, handling a private issue, and they expect her return to TV on Thursday. However, Sims hosted the show instead, leaving uncertainty about when the episode was filmed. The syndicated series doesn’t broadcast live and airs at various times across the country.
On Thursday, a spokesperson for Clarkson didn’t provide an immediate response when The Times asked for a comment.
For approximately a month now, Clarkson, with her Las Vegas performances commencing on the Fourth of July and extending through August, followed by additional shows in November, hasn’t posted anything on her social media platforms.
