Jynxzi vs. Clix boxing match confirmed for September 14

As a longtime follower of both Jynxzi and Clix, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and apprehension as I watch their boxing match draw closer. Their rivalry has been a rollercoaster ride for the Twitch community, with its roots deeply entrenched in their personal lives and online interactions.

The rivalry is heating up, and Breckie Hill is caught in the middle.

The hype surrounding influencer boxing matches continues to grow, and another highly-anticipated bout has been announced. Starting September 14, Twitch streamers Cody “Clix” Conrod and Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart will face off in the boxing ring. Their rivalry reaches back several months, ignited by a heated dispute over Jynxxi’s girlfriend, Breckie Hill. Although the tension seemed to subside, it has resurfaced full force leading up to their much-awaited encounter.

Jynxzi and Clix agree to a boxing match on September 14

On July 16, the talk about a possible boxing match between beloved Twitch streamers Jynxzi and Clix reached its climax. They held a call to negotiate the fight details and pick a date, all while addressing the key rules. A significant point of contention arose over whether or not they would don headgear during the bout.

In the end, it seems that both individuals will don headgear due to Clix prioritizing his well-being, as conveyed by Jynxji during their call. Jynxji expressed, “You’re the only person I could ever imagine wanting to face off against.” When Clix inquired about this sentiment being linked to their past disputes involving Jynxji’s girlfriend, Breckie Hill, who is an OnlyFans model, he initially remained vague but later elaborated on his reasoning.

Rules in the Boxing Match

  • Headgear required
  • 12oz gloves
  • Seven rounds
  • One minute per round
  • Alternate one minute and one-minute 30-second break per round

Why are these two popular Twitch streamers fighting? A history of beef

Back in March 2024, Jynxzi and Clix, who were once teammates, experienced a bitter disagreement. The root cause of their conflict can be traced back to a Rainbow Six: Siege wager on Twitch between the three of them – Jynxzi, Clix, and StableRonaldo. After defeating Jynxzi, Clix posted a photo of himself signing “Use Code Clix” on Breckie Hill, who was then Jynxzi’s girlfriend at that time. This incident occurred approximately one and a half years ago.

As a gamer, I’d put it this way: When Clix joked about that picture online, I, Jynxzi, took it as a personal attack. I didn’t find it funny and felt disrespected. So, during his live stream, I called him out for it, insisting he remove the tweet and apologize or I wouldn’t pay what was owed to him. After some heated exchanges, Clix ultimately complied, deleting the post and issuing an apology amid accusations of “clip farming.” I then received my payment.

In a recent live broadcast, Jynxzi acknowledged that his relationship with Clix was more professional than friendly. This put an end to their previous conflict, but unfortunately, the tension resurfaced only a few days later.

Jynxzi says he’ll pay $100K if Clix defeats him in a boxing match

On July 15, while streaming on Twitch, someone in Jynxzi’s chat proposed a boxing match between him and Clix. In response, Jynxxi stated, “If Clix beats me in a boxing match, I’ll pay him $100,000. If I win, I won’t give him anything.” Later on, during one of Clix’s streams, he mentioned that the idea of the fight came from a fake chat user, resulting in an official press conference between Jynxzi and Clix taking place on July 16.

I sat there for half an hour as two Twitch streamers, Clix and Jynxzi, hashed out their differences. Clix was determined to get to the bottom of it all, goading Jynxxi into sharing his perspective. The topic of Breckie Hill came up, a contentious issue that had made headlines in March. However, Jynxzi vehemently denied that this was the cause for their upcoming boxing match.

After making a statement about wanting to fight Clix due to the Breckie Hill incident, he later clarified that it was only one factor. The event, scheduled for September 14, will unfold on their respective Twitch streams, promising an engaging lead-up.
