Dame Joan Collins looked every bit the Hollywood star while spending the day with her husband, Percy Gibson, at the launch event for M&S rosé wine on Wednesday.
The remarkable 92-year-old actress looked beautiful as she arrived with her 61-year-old actor husband, wearing a sophisticated dress and blazer.
Her outfit’s soft pink color was a perfect fit for the event, which celebrated the start of ‘rosé season’ just before the May bank holiday.
At the party, Joan was spotted next to a huge tower of rosé wine, highlighting her preferred M&S Rosé La Balconne Organic Provence. She told fellow rosé fans that it was time to start enjoying a drink.
Joan mentioned that it’s officially rosé season, but she always feels free to enjoy a glass whenever she likes.
Why travel to the South of France when you can find excellent rosé wine at your local M&S Foodhall? You don’t need a fancy address – just good taste, and maybe keep it chilled!
Joan looked effortlessly elegant in a pink jacket and dress, accessorized with a sparkling, bow-shaped diamond brooch.
She was showing off her smooth skin, posing and pouting, and glancing suggestively from under her glasses.
M&S is predicting a rosy summer this year, with their largest-ever selection of rosé wines. They expect to sell a bottle every two seconds during the busiest times, especially with the warm weather and upcoming bank holiday.
According to M&S winemaker Belinda Kleinig, Marks & Spencer is offering a wide range of rosé wines this summer to help customers discover their ideal pink drink.
Our new Lisboa Bonita Rosé, straight from sunny Portugal, is a fresh and elegant wine perfect for relaxed enjoyment.
As a lifestyle expert, let me tell you, nothing says summer quite like a chilled rosé! For easy entertaining – think picnics, barbecues, or just relaxing with friends – I absolutely love our Italian Rosato in a pouch. It’s fantastic value, makes sharing a breeze, and honestly, it just feels like sunshine in a glass. So go ahead, pour yourself a glass and cheers to a beautiful summer!
I was really surprised to hear Joan say she’d never even consider weight-loss drugs. She feels so strongly that they can drastically and negatively change how people look, and she just wouldn’t want to risk that.
I’ve been following the buzz around medications like Ozempic and Wegovy, and it’s amazing how many people are now using them to help with weight loss. It really feels like a turning point in how we approach managing weight, with millions giving them a try.
However, Joan stated she doesn’t plan to change her mind and believes those wanting to lose weight should just eat less.
In an interview with Hello! magazine, she stated she avoids cosmetic procedures like injections and has never had Botox or facial fillers.
She also spoke about Ozempic, saying she would never consider using it. She’s seen too many people experience negative cosmetic side effects.
If you want to lose weight, you need to reduce your calorie intake, but it’s important to still enjoy life. Extreme dieting isn’t the answer – you shouldn’t have to live on just plain, boring foods.
