George Clooney and Brad Pitt’s next movie moves up streaming release and gets sequel

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I can’t help but feel like I’ve stumbled upon a golden ticket with the news about “Wolfs” on Apple TV+. Having grown up watching George Clooney and Brad Pitt grace our screens, the prospect of these two titans teaming up once again is nothing short of exhilarating!

The recently released film starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt titled “Wolves” is now available for streaming, having been shown in theaters for only a week, and a sequel has already been announced as well.

In the world of Apple TV+, these two leading actors find themselves as criminal trouble-shooters, unexpectedly assigned to the same task. To claim their reward, they must join forces and cooperate.

As an excited fan, I’m thrilled to share that the movie we’ve all been waiting for, previously set for a cinema release on September 20, will now be available on our favorite streaming platform a week later – on September 27! Let the countdown begin!

Furthermore, there’s news about a new installment being developed, with Jon Watts confirmed to be back as both director and screenwriter for the upcoming project.

Matt Dentler, Apple Original Films’ head of features, stated that “Wolfs” is the type of grand-scale film that underscores why Apple TV+ stands out as a premier destination for top-tier entertainment.

Utilizing George and Brad’s outstanding rapport, skillfully guided by Jon Watts’ exceptional leadership, the film “Wolfs” seamlessly combines humor, action, and emotion into an incredibly enjoyable cinematic experience that leaves viewers eagerly anticipating more.

By premiering the film in cinemas first, then gradually offering it to Apple TV+ subscribers, we’re able to cater to diverse viewing preferences. We can’t wait to witness the audience’s response as we collaborate with Jon for the sequel!

The movie trailer featuring the two well-known actors doing their thing side by side was unveiled as early as May.

In addition to being alongside the likes of Clooney and Pitt, I find myself sharing the screen with Amy Ryan from “Only Murders in the Building,” Austin Abrams from “The Walking Dead,” and Poorna Jagannathan from “Never Have I Ever.” It’s quite a gaming adventure working alongside such talented actors!

In their previous collaboration on the film “Ocean’s Eleven”, these two lead actors are now joining forces again, this time as producers.

Wolfs will open in cinemas on September 20 before streaming globally on Apple TV+ on September 27.
