Friendly exes Chloe Madeley and James Haskell reunite to co-parent daughter Bodhi as family are seen for the first time since dramatic car crash

Chloe Madeley and her ex-husband, James Haskell, spent time together as a family with their daughter, Bodhi.

This is the first time the former couple, who separated in 2023 after five years of marriage, have been seen together since James was involved in a serious car accident last month.

Chloe, 38, and James, 41, seemed happy and relaxed while out in London on Tuesday.

Photos show the couple happily laughing and smiling with their three-year-old child as they went to L’artista Pizzeria in Golders Green for lunch.

For the family outing, Chloe wore a simple outfit of a white t-shirt and light blue jeans. James, a former rugby player, chose grey chinos and a tight-fitting white t-shirt.

Bodhi was perched on her dad’s shoulders, happily watching him enjoy a lollipop, while Chloe carried their belongings – her daughter’s coat and toys.

James recently revealed his new car after totaling his Range Rover in a car accident in North London.

The Daily Mail published exclusive photos revealing the significant damage to James’ car after Chloe helped him out.

He was driving with Bodhi when photos surfaced of Chloe taking her toys out of the car.

The expensive car’s windshield was badly damaged, and it had to be towed away.

I heard from the Met that on Saturday, March 28th, around 11:50 AM, some of their officers were patrolling Finchley Road when they discovered a crash between a Range Rover and a BMW. It sounds like they just happened upon it while on their regular route.

The driver of the BMW, thought to be a man in his 30s, had driven away from the scene. Police spoke with the person in the Range Rover, who wasn’t seriously hurt. Officers are still working to find the BMW driver.

Chloe and James got married in 2018 and had a daughter in 2019 before they decided to separate.

After his divorce, James briefly dated Sara McLean, who appeared on the reality show Big Brother. However, their relationship ended quickly, just two days after they announced it publicly.

James recently shared the most difficult parts of going through his breakup with Richard and Judy’s daughter.

He appeared on This Morning and praised Chloe, describing her as a wonderful mother and an incredibly talented and intelligent woman who excels in her field.

Going through a separation is tough, and because we live relatively public lives, people often watch how we handle it. For me, the most important thing during a split is always the well-being of the child, and personal feelings need to take a backseat.

Co-parenting is a mixed bag for us – some days are great, others are difficult, which is normal. But we always focus on doing what’s best for our daughter and working together positively.

It’s important to have these conversations. Many men contact me on social media after experiencing separation or similar challenges, often asking for advice based on things they’ve seen me share.

Social media can sometimes create an unrealistic portrayal of things; it has both positive and negative aspects.

‘You never post about bad stuff. You’ve got to take everything with a pinch of salt.’

He spoke fondly of Chloe, saying she’s always been a supportive presence in his life and continues to be. He also described their daughter as wonderful, hoping everyone involved will continue to nurture her well-being, acknowledging it won’t always be easy, but it’s worth the effort.

The personal trainer recently shared that her divorce was a difficult and emotionally charged experience.

Chloe told The Sun that after two years of being separated, things have finally settled down. She explained that they’ve gradually adjusted to life as co-parents and former spouses.

She said things are okay now, but the divorce has been a really difficult emotional rollercoaster. They have periods of calm and get along well, but it’s been very up and down.

Sometimes we go through periods where disagreements or hurt feelings lead to us not talking to each other.

Chloe shared that she now actively avoids big arguments, explaining her decision to leave her marriage stemmed from a desire to escape constant conflict.

The trainer explained that receiving the final divorce papers last December felt like a personal failure.

Chloe confirmed she has no plans to get back together with James, explaining that their marriage was ultimately filled with unhappiness and hurt, and she doesn’t want to repeat that experience.
