Ex On The Beach star Zaralena Jackson stuns in a beaded bridal gown as she marries fiancé in romantic ceremony in Cheshire

Ex On The Beach star Zaralena Jackson has married her partner Shaun Iddon.

The couple got married this week in a romantic ceremony at Merrydale Manor in Knutsford, Cheshire.

Zaralena, 34, first became well-known on a TV show in 2017 and looked radiant in a sparkling, strapless wedding dress.

The reality star wore a delicate lace veil and carried a bouquet of white roses.

Shaun, looking sharp in his grey suit, blinked back tears as Zaralena walked down the aisle.

Zaralena shared the exciting news of their engagement on Instagram. They posted a photo of their rings with the simple message: ‘we did it’.

Zaralena shared a photo from their last night before the wedding, showing them relaxing in the bath with face masks on.

She expressed her gratitude for all the lovely messages she received, saying she’d respond after the busy wedding celebrations. Now, she’s planning to relax and get a good night’s sleep before the wedding.

The reality TV personality, now a model and social media influencer, became engaged to Shaun on Christmas Day last year.

Oh my gosh, you guys, I’m still reeling! Zaralena just announced she’s engaged! She posted the most adorable picture showing off this HUGE diamond ring, and her caption was just… perfect. She literally wrote, ‘Sooo… I’ve woke up with a Fiancé!’ It’s so her, and I’m completely obsessed! I can’t stop looking at the ring and imagining her wedding!

After finding fame on Ex On The Beach, Zaralena has since spoken openly about having alopecia.

In 2021, she received a diagnosis after a bald spot on her forehead quickly grew, ultimately causing her to lose all her hair, including body hair.

She explained that her condition steadily deteriorated, but doctors couldn’t find a cause. It felt like she was losing herself, bit by bit, and it was devastating to watch.

Losing all your hair, particularly when you’re young, can be incredibly shocking and overwhelming. It’s not just about losing the hair on your head; losing your eyebrows and eyelashes is especially difficult. It can make you look unwell and is truly heartbreaking.

‘I couldn’t get any answers, it felt like I was screaming for help and nobody could hear.’

I’m sharing my experience not just for myself, but also for those who’ve reached out saying they’re finding it hard to deal with this. Even though people often see it as just a surface-level issue, it can really affect someone’s mental wellbeing.

Honestly, I miss having a full head of hair so much, but you know what? I’ve finally reached a point where I’m genuinely okay with how I look, bald or not. It’s a weird thing, because I see so many others really struggling with losing their hair, and it makes me appreciate how far I’ve come. I’m comfortable in my own skin now, and that’s something a lot of people sadly never experience, even with a full head of hair.
