Everything You Might’ve Missed at the CUPRA Raval World Premiere

CUPRA, the Spanish car brand, has always stood out in the automotive world by choosing a daring and unconventional path. With the upcoming launch of its new Raval model, it’s clear that this innovative spirit continues to drive everything the company does, from how the car is designed to the events and experiences it creates with its fans.

As a fan, I’m really impressed with the Raval! It’s surprisingly spacious inside – almost four meters long! – and packed with the latest tech. What really gets me excited is that it’s fully electric, making it super nimble and easy to drive around town. It’s still got that signature rebellious spirit of the brand, though, with a sporty look and those cool Matrix LED lights. It’s compact, agile, and just feels like a really fun way to get around.

CUPRA recently launched its newest model with a one-of-a-kind concert in Berlin. Instead of a traditional car reveal, they hosted a secret show featuring Kim Petras and local artists at the KOMPLEX, an industrial venue that represents Berlin’s innovative spirit. The location perfectly matched the Raval’s bold and unconventional design.

Before the event, CUPRA generated buzz among local artists and creatives by displaying teaser posters around the Rudolfkeiz district. As guests started arriving, headlining artist Petras was spotted exploring the Raval neighborhood. After performances by singer Eli Preiss and DJ Lovefoxy, Petras took to the hood of a car to perform a set that included both her popular songs and brand new, unreleased music.

The party went on at the CUPRA City Garage in central Berlin. This two-story space, designed to bring the brand together with local arts and culture, played host to a smaller, more personal showing of the car. Berlin’s car lovers, industry experts, and influential figures from the cultural scene were invited to test drive it.

Alongside the launch event in Berlin, CUPRA hosted a series of unexpected reveals in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Manchester. These events, held in places like skateparks, city squares, and warehouses, showcased the brand’s unique style and its appeal to a younger audience. Over 30,000 people attended to check out the Raval.

If you didn’t catch the recent events, CUPRA has released a new full-length film called The Soundtrack of Raval. The film not only showcases performances from around the world, but also explores what the car represents – its connection to city life and its bold, unconventional spirit. You can watch it now on YouTube.
