Yet, they found him guilty of conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money laundering operation. A paradox, is it not? Guilty, yet not guilty enough. Now, the prosecutors, ever persistent, have petitioned Judge Failla to schedule a retrial in October 2026. Yes, 2026. The future, it seems, holds more of the same.
