He noted: ‘She possesses a feature we refer to as “Fairy ear tips”; an issue that may arise following a facelift when the skin is stretched excessively during the operation, resulting in the appearance of ears appearing elongated or drooping.’
Based on the facial drawings she appears to be preparing for a complete facelift procedure that includes raising her eyebrows, tightening her neck skin, and enhancing her lips.
It’s plausible that she’s undergoing a deep line facelift to correct her pointed ears, if performed skillfully, it would alleviate the strain and discomfort associated with them.
It seems like Katie might be getting facial injections in her lip’s sides as well. However, this could potentially be an area that it would be better for her to avoid further treatment or reconsider.
