Sci-fi TV is incredibly diverse today. You’ll find everything from thought-provoking, complicated shows to lighthearted comedies that playfully nod to classic franchises. The really good ones are perfect for relaxing and rewatching, and some are so full of surprises you’ll want to experience them all over again.

Zach Braff is returning as Dr. John “J.D.” Dorian, joined by Donald Faison as Dr. Chris Turk and Sarah Chalke as Dr. Elliott Reid. The new series will see J.D. and Turk working together again, bringing back their classic playful behavior – including the iconic Eagle. Braff revealed that getting and involved was a requirement for them to participate.

Initially, Eye for an Eye seems like a standard supernatural horror film with a fresh take on a familiar mythical creature. But it’s more than just another story about a menacing Sandman who brings nightmares instead of sweet dreams. The movie demonstrates that classic horror elements are making a comeback and still resonate with today’s viewers.

When actress Sarah Chalke began playing Becky on Roseanne, she took over from Lecy Goranson, the original actress in the role. Goranson had left the show after five seasons to focus on her studies at Vassar College. Chalke recently discussed starting on the series with Jesse Tyler Ferguson on his podcast, Dinner’s On Me. She explained that she felt very inexperienced at the time, and that this actually helped her approach the audition and connect with the show’s cast and crew.
