Alison Hammond looks incredible in a rose print dress as she continues to show off her 11st weight loss

Alison Hammond stunned in a floral dress on Friday’s This Morning, continuing to showcase her impressive weight loss journey, having lost 11 stone.

The 51-year-old presenter of This Morning once weighed 30 stone, but a warning about pre-diabetes motivated her to adopt a healthier way of life.

Ever since she started changing her style, she’s consistently worn fashionable outfits, and this week’s appearance on the ITV programme was no different.

Alison chose a flattering midi dress by Rixo. It featured fluted sleeves and a red floral pattern, and she wore it with white shoes.

She topped off her look with a glamorous makeup palette and styled her hair into natural curls. 

Alison lost 11 stone by changing her relationship with food, giving up her favorite treats, and working with a personal trainer.

She recently told Radio Times that she’s been working with a personal trainer for five years, even when she wasn’t at her ideal weight. She used to have an unhealthy relationship with food, particularly sweets like toffees, but now she limits herself to just a few each day.

We all get older, and it’s important to prioritize self-care. I’m starting to do that myself – I use relaxing music to help me sleep, and I even track my sleep patterns.

Okay, so you won’t BELIEVE this about Alison! She found out she was pre-diabetic – which, honestly, is scary, but she’s totally taking charge! It basically means her blood sugar was a little high, like a warning sign before it actually became diabetes. And that’s what kicked off this amazing health journey she’s on now. I’m so proud of her for tackling it head-on!

She recently told Women’s Health that her mother’s Type 2 diabetes worried her, so when she was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, it was a scary moment. She knew she needed to take responsibility for her health, which meant giving up sweets and fatty foods.

Oh my gosh, you guys, it was EVERYTHING! Dermot was SO cute and flustered on Friday’s show! Alison was just going on and on about how hot he was in this old picture from the 2000s, and he was literally yelling ‘Stop!’ while blushing! It was the sweetest, funniest thing ever. I can’t stop thinking about it!

Oh my god, you guys, it’s HAPPENING! They’re playing Madonna everywhere to celebrate her new album! I was watching this show on ITV, and after every ad break, they’d play a Madonna song, and Dermot and Alison – those two are amazing – they were literally dancing around the studio! It’s just… everything a Madonna fan could ask for, honestly. I’m living for it!

As Dermot and his co-host began presenting the show, Dermot was surprised to see an old photo of himself with Madonna, taken back in 2005.

Oh my gosh, this picture? It was taken for the promo stuff when he interviewed her! You know, right when her amazing documentary, ‘I’m Going To Tell You A Secret,’ came out. I remember obsessively checking for any little glimpse of them together, and this was one of the first pictures released! It was such a moment!

The photo featured Dermot, who was 32 at the time, standing next to the musician. Both were smiling at the camera, with a purple curtain behind them.

Alison was surprised. “Wait, is that Justin Timberlake? You look amazing! Let’s go back to the picture of Dermot, though, because I’m completely distracted by how good you look!” she exclaimed.

I’m surprised by your behavior. You usually act so differently. Seeing you like this is… unexpected. Your posture, everything – it’s not like you at all.

Dermot said he was starting to feel awkward, and attempted to change the subject. However, Alison was determined they recreate the original photo, so she insisted they stay together.

Dermot asked the crew to take the photo, recreating a pose he’d struck with Madonna twenty years earlier.

You wouldn’t believe what Alison said on the show today! As things were moving along, when they announced the weekly competition prize, she turned to Dermot and told him exactly what she’d do with the winnings – she’d fill her room with pictures of him and Madonna! It was hilarious and so unexpected, I was cracking up. She’s the best!

Jeff Brazier exclaimed, “He was so handsome!” Off-camera, while saying this, Dermot asked with a raised eyebrow, “What do you mean he was handsome?”

The picture reappeared on screen an hour later, and Alison kept complimenting Dermot’s appearance until he finally exclaimed, “Stop!”

Following a commercial break, a final picture of Dermot and Madonna appeared on screen, and Alison playfully commented, ‘Let’s see that photo again – you look great!’

Dermot playfully told everyone to stop, then stood beside Alison and recreated the pose seen in the picture on ITV.
