Hit cosy crime series packed with “gloriously twisty mysteries” confirms return in exciting update

Great news for fans of The Madame Blanc Mysteries! Channel 5 and Acorn TV have confirmed the show will be back for a fifth season, and production is already underway.

Sally Lindsay, who created and wrote the show, will return as the main character, Jean White. Sue Vincent (known for her work on Shameless and Alma’s Not Normal) will reprise her role as Gloria Beaushaw, and Steve Edge (Benidorm) will be back as Dom Hayes.

Joining the returning cast are Alex Gaumond as Police Chief André Caron, plus well-known faces like Sue Holderness (from Only Fools and Horses), Tony Robinson (from Blackadder), Paul Chuckle, and Stephen Bailey (from Coronation Street).
