Okay, so NIKKE: Goddess of Victory just dropped a huge update! It’s called ‘Fatal Maid’ and it’s a whole new story event. They added a brand new SSR Nikke I’m super excited to pull for, plus some awesome new costumes. There’s a ton of new stuff in the Archives to dig through, and a bunch of limited-time events going on, including some Valentine’s Day stuff. It all went live on January 29th, 2026, and I’ve been playing non-stop ever since!

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE “Fatal Maid” Event and Update Overview

New SSR Nikke: Velvet

SSR Velvet, previously a special agent and now part of the Maid For You team, is now available through Special Recruit. As a Supporter, she uses ammo to boost her teammates’ attacks. Her Burst Skill makes her own attacks much stronger when she’s in battle.

Velvet is a mysterious thief who unexpectedly shows up during a Coin Rush. She puts a bounty on the main character while they’re on a secret mission. She playfully says, “Welcome back, Master. I’ll leave the cooking and cleaning to you!”

Velvet is a sniper who uses the weapon called Femme Fatale. Her unique code is Wind, and she’s made by Tetra Line. You can recruit her through a special event running from the end of the maintenance on January 29, 2026, until February 11, 2026. Once the event is over, Velvet will become available through regular recruit options, including Social Points and Mold items.

New Costume and Limited Costume Reruns

Velvet gets a new, limited-time costume called Sensual Rabbit, available through the February Mission Pass. This costume fits the update’s Maid Cafe theme and you can unlock it as you progress through the premium pass.

Some popular costumes are back in the Cash Shop for a limited time! You can purchase Sin – Backstreet Dream, Trony – Sweet Step, Signal – Dramatic Chocolate, and Drake – Maid For Villain from the end of the January 29th update until February 11, 2026.

New Story Event: FATAL MAID

The biggest news in this update is the new story event, “FATAL MAID.” Velvet has joined the Maid For You cafe, but she’s finding it hard to adjust. When a strange and dangerous power starts threatening the cafe, Cocoa begins a secret mission to keep everyone safe.

Velvet is struggling to adjust to life as a maid at the Maid Cafe, even after joining Maid For You. However, a mysterious and dangerous force appears, threatening the cafe. Cocoa takes action, starting a secret mission to defend it! #NIKKE #FATALMAID

Okay, so there’s this event called FATAL MAID running from January 29th to February 11th, 2026. Basically, you play through the event stages and earn special currency. You can then spend that currency on stuff like Recruit Vouchers, materials to level up your skills, and other really useful items. There’s also a Challenge Stage if you’re up for it – it’s super hard, with tough boss fights, but you get even better development materials if you can beat them.

Archives, Login Event, and Valentine Content

I’m so excited! The Valentine’s story event, “ROMANTIC VALENTINE”, is now in the Archives! That means I can replay it whenever I want using Memory Films. Apparently, we can get those films by playing in current events, which is awesome!

With this update, we’re launching a 7-Day Login Event called ‘MAID CAFE STAMP’. We’ve also added a new mini-game to the Arcade called ‘Pirate Cafe’, plus new titles you can earn and more decorations for your profile card.
