Dr Chris Brown shows off his chiselled torso as he enjoys a day of exercise in Sydney

Dr Chris Brown is certainly not resting on his laurels over the Anzac Day long weekend.

The well-known veterinarian, age 47, was seen getting some exercise in Clovelly, a beachside suburb of Sydney, on Saturday.

Dr. Chris seemed completely comfortable and happy as he started his day with a swim, followed by a run along the boardwalk with a friend.

To protect himself from the sun during the sports event, Dr. Chris wore a simple black T-shirt and shorts, and he even kept them on while swimming.

The T-shirt clung perfectly to Dr Chris’ gym-honed torso.

The star of My Reno Rules looked determined as he stood on the steps leading down to the water, ready to jump in.

However, he did appear to get tangled up with a fellow swimmer as he made his way to the water.

When it came time for the run, Dr Chris completed his look with a pair of well-worn Asics sneakers.

Dr. Chris seemed to be enjoying himself, running and talking with a friend who was dressed similarly. His friend also wore a blue swim cap and goggles.

Okay, so after my workout, I peeled off my sweaty shirt – and yes, I’ve been putting in the work! I grabbed a blue and white striped towel to dry off. Gotta say, I’m pretty happy with how things are shaping up!

He added an extra layer of sun protection with a dark blue Fjällräven baseball-style cap.

Dr. Chris recently shared that he’s dating former TV publicist Lorraine Monforte, but they’re taking things slowly and trying to stay out of the public eye as interest in their relationship grows.

Dr Chris told Stellar that they first met through work – and have known each other for years.

I’m happily in a relationship,” Chris said. “I first met Lorraine through work – she used to be a publicist for a TV network, and we became friends that way.”

‘And that’s essentially all it was for quite a period of time.

She really understands television and how the media works. She knows what terms like ‘hard launch’ mean and where they originated, and she can even find humor in it.

Chris explained that Lorraine’s experience in the television industry has been useful in dealing with the public interest in their relationship, which began after they were seen together at the Australian Grand Prix in March.

People have often been curious about his personal life, but he says he doesn’t worry about the rumors or attention anymore.

He jokingly said that he sometimes runs into women who people think he’s dated, and they usually share a laugh about it.

That’s just how it is… One week I’d hear rumors about me dating someone, and the next, those rumors would say we’d broken up.

Dr. Chris explained that he’s expecting another baby with someone new soon, making it difficult to manage his relationships. He sometimes relies on family or friends to help him remember who he’s currently with.

I’ve been tracking them obsessively, and it looks like they’re juggling life between Sydney and Brisbane! But honestly, they’re being SO secretive about everything – barely a peep about their relationship to the public. It’s killing me, but I guess they want to keep things private for now.

Meanwhile, Dr Chris is currently hosting the Channel Seven reality show, My Reno Rules.

Fans weren’t very impressed with the show when it launched this week, with many saying it felt like a weaker version of The Block.

Hosted by Dr. Chris and including Adrian Portelli, who recently bid for Block, the show is set to deliver exciting renovations, memorable characters, and a huge cash prize for the team that comes out on top.

Some viewers were disappointed with the show and expressed their frustration on social media.

One viewer called the show disappointing, saying it didn’t compare to The Block, while another jokingly referred to it as ‘The Temu Block’.

One viewer compared Seven’s ‘My Reno Rules’ to Nine’s ‘The Block’, saying it’s a similar relationship to how Seven’s ‘Australian Spartan’ mirrored Nine’s ‘Australian Ninja Warrior’.

One viewer criticized the show’s structure, pointing out that it wasn’t as captivating as a rival program. They commented that it’s difficult to claim they’re competing with ‘The Block’ when only one team wins a significant prize, and everyone else leaves empty-handed.

Despite the mixed reactions, many people enjoyed the new show. Some called it ‘great,’ while others praised the cast’s comedic talent, describing them as ‘hilarious’.
