Cara Delevingne’s £8.5million mansion is her THIRD in 18 months

Cara Delevingne seems to be in the habit of purchasing expensive Los Angeles homes, but she doesn’t actually live in them.

After losing her California home in a fire last year, the 33-year-old British model and actress has bought her third property in just 18 months.

Since 2019, she’d been living in a large mansion. In 2024, she also purchased Milla Jovovich’s house for £7.9 million, but she didn’t actually live there before selling it a year later for a profit of £8.2 million.

Half a year ago, she purchased Jennifer Lawrence’s Los Angeles home for £8.1 million. Now, it’s listed for sale again at £8.5 million, and according to North Hillcrest, she never actually lived there.

She recently purchased an eight-and-a-half-million-pound, five-bedroom house in the Santa Monica mountains. The property features a pool and tiered gardens. She bought it from Sarah Harrelson, the founder of Cultured magazine, who made a substantial profit after buying it herself for five million pounds in 2021.

Whether Ms Delevingne lives there remains to be seen.
