MLBB Championship Tour (MCT AMER) 2026 to debut in June

MOONTON Games has consistently delivered successful esports competitions since they began. Building on that success, they are now planning a competition for the Americas.

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang MLBB Championship Tour (MCT AMER) 2026 is a new tournament with just four participating teams. What makes it special is that the winning teams will qualify for the Mid-Season Cup (MSC) 2026, which will be held alongside the prestigious Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026.

MLBB Championship Tour (MCT AMER) 2026: Schedule and Format

The tournament will include teams from across the Americas – North, Central, Latin America, and Brazil. It’s designed as a single qualifying path to send the best teams to a competition held mid-season.

Okay, so the competition is happening fast! I’m looking at just a couple of days to get through everything. It’s set up with three matches: first, the North and South regions will have their own finals to decide who’s going to the big show. Then, the winners from those two matches will face off in a Grand Finals to determine the ultimate champion. Sounds pretty straightforward!

The matches will be held on June 13th and 14th. It will be a single-elimination tournament, with the North and South Finals being best-of-five series, and the Grand Finals being a best-of-seven series.

Participating Teams

The best teams from each of the four regions will compete, making this a fast-paced event for MOONTON. Currently, the teams haven’t been chosen yet – they’ll qualify through regional competitions. We’ll update this article as soon as we have confirmed which teams are participating.

Prize Pool

While the number of teams competing is small, the prize money is significant. Four teams will battle it out, with the top two earning a spot at the next global event in Saudi Arabia. The total prize pool is $29,000, and here’s how it’s distributed.

Team Ranking Prize Pool
The Champion (North) $7,000
The Champion (South) $10,000
Runner-up (South) $4,000
Runner up (South) $8,000

The winner of the Grand Finals will automatically advance to the main stage of MSC 2026. The team that finishes second will need to compete in the MSC 2026 Wildcard tournament to try and qualify.

Where to watch the MLBB Championship Tour (MCT AMER) 2026

The upcoming matches will be held online, though it seems a bit much for just three games. You can tune in and watch them on the game’s official YouTube and Facebook pages.
