Netmarble has begun worldwide pre-registration for its new sci-fi massively multiplayer online role-playing game, RF ONLINE NEXT, available on Android and iOS. Originally revealed at G-STAR 2023, this follow-up to the popular 2004 game had a limited release on mobile and PC in parts of Asia, including South Korea, in March 2025.

Get ready to dive into massive battles and switch classes seamlessly

RF ONLINE NEXT is a massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) based on the original RF Online. It takes the large-scale battles you loved to the next level. You can deeply customize your character and also use powerful biosuits that allow you to switch between seven different classes mid-battle without losing your progress in player-versus-player (PvP) combat.

With a huge threat facing the planet, you won’t have to fight it by yourself. You can summon powerful mechs like Launcher or MAU to overcome enemy defenses. I’m especially excited to use the legendary weapon, Animus, during the big World Boss Raids and see how incredibly powerful it is.

I previously mentioned the game looks good, and the positive feedback from its initial release in some regions confirms that. It offers a lot of exciting features, including the classic three-faction setup, beautiful graphics, the ability to play on different devices, huge 450-player battles, and plenty of exploration.
