Rif Hutton, a well-known television actor who played a memorable role in the series Doogie Howser, M.D., has passed away at the age of 73.
Hutton died at his home in Pasadena, California, on Saturday, TMZ reported on Monday.
His family told the publication that the actor had been stricken with brain cancer for over a year.
Clarence Williams III was known for his role as Dr. Ron Welch in the TV show Doogie Howser, M.D., which featured Neil Patrick Harris as a young doctor.
