In the adventure of Avowed, following significant portions of the narrative in Dawnshore and Emerald Stairs, you’ll ultimately uncover the central plot, culminating at your destination, the Garden. But, before you can reach this location, you must first navigate through the challenging Shatterscarp region, which is marked by vast deserts and formidable adversaries.

In addition, this third section presents a quest known as the Revealing Totem. To gather every fragment of this totem, you’ll need to explore various spots scattered throughout Shatterscarp.

Shatterscarp Totem Fragment Clue Location

In the game Avowed, you won’t find markers to guide you to specific totem locations directly. However, you can acquire a hint about their location by purchasing a clue from particular traders in each region. Fortunately, locating these traders within Shatterscarp should be less challenging compared to finding them in Dawnshore or Emerald Stairs.

To find your way, make sure to stop by the bustling Thirdborn city, then venture further inside it until you come across a vendor who runs a distinctive tavern called Cinzia. There, you can peruse their merchandise and receive the typical clue for 500 currency just like in other regions.

Shatterscarp Totem Core Location

Just as you can locate other totem cores in Dawnshore and Emerald Stairs, finding this piece in Shatterscarp is just as straightforward. All you need to do is pay a visit to the Shrine of Wael, which lies on the southwestern part of the map.

As I step inside the sanctuary, I notice that every route takes me towards the central chamber. The heart of this place, a glowing artifact, is comfortably seated on a chair right smack in the middle, hard to overlook.

Sapphire Eye Location

Most of the totem fragments in Shatterscarp are fairly simple to find using clues such as the Sapphire Eye. This particular fragment’s clue specifies that it’s situated within an oasis. Notably, there are only two oases in Shatterscarp, and the one you’re searching for is located on the southeastern border, known as the Sand Sea Oasis. That’s where your hunt should lead you.

Just make your way to this lush watering hole, dive in for a refreshing swim, and you’ll likely discover an intriguing trinket along with a conspicuous item of apparel at the water’s depth.

Ruby Eye Location

In the game Avowed, it’s highly probable that the Ruby Eye will be one of the initial discoveries you make, given its proximity to the Totem Core. Your journey begins by venturing into the Shrine of Wael, located in the southwestern region of Shatterscarp.

  • From your initial entrance at Shatterscrap, proceeding south will lead you to the shrine. Alternatively, if you’re standing at the Totem’s Core, look for a hidden passageway located on the right side.

    To reach this path, you’ll need to climb a slight incline first. Following the path will guide you straight to the destination, which is the “eye.” Speak with someone at the top and make your choices accordingly to find the end point, which is the eye.

Amethyst Eye Location

The clue from Amethyst Eye indicates that it is located close to a village that has been burned, which can be recognized as the Scaedclef region situated on the left midsection of Shatterscarp. Upon reaching this location, head towards the southeastern side of the lowest building you encounter, and you’ll spot a tiny cave nearby.

This cave isn’t always embedded within the rock face, instead, it might simply be concealed by the overlying cliff. This is the location where you’d discover the hidden eye.

Emerald Eye Location

If you’ve been closely following the primary plot, locating the Emerald Eye shouldn’t be too challenging since a hint refers to an incomplete statue found close to the ice region, which is known as the Ryngrim’s Domain. To obtain this eye, you can make your way to the northeastern sector of the Shark’s Teeth structure.

Head over to the Shark Teeth party camp and navigate within the structure itself, moving towards the southeastern direction. When your path forks, opt for the right-hand route. Along your way, you’ll come across a statue with wooden platforms and supports that are fixed to it. Atop this statue, you’ll discover the Emerald Eye.

Agate Eye Location

To reach the Agate Eye, make your way to the Sand Sea Ruins located at the eastern extremity of Shatterscarp. Upon arrival, you’ll notice that the principal entryway is blocked from within. Instead, search for an alternate entrance by following the path on the left side of the main door.

Following this path, you’ll come across a ladder that ascends to a higher level, from where you can leap into an opening to enter these ancient ruins. While leaping through these openings, take note of a platform and a door located centrally in one area, where you’ll discover the Agate Eye.

Topaz Eye Location

To find the final piece of Shatterscarp’s totem, make your way to the Leviathan’s Hollow region, situated on the map’s western side and slightly northeast from Sulfur Mines Basecamp. Be prepared for challenging encounters as you approach, so remember to equip yourself properly before setting off.

Upon reaching the open space near the water’s edge, you’ll spot a blue chest positioned to your left after ascending a short flight of steps. Right before this chest, there’s a narrow path that guides you straight towards a table, where you’ll notice an eye symbol.
