Kendra Duggar, married to Joseph Duggar, who has been facing legal issues, seems to have relocated her family from their house in Arkansas. After both she and Joseph were arrested, they talked about how to cover the costs of his bail and legal fees, including the possibility of renting out their home and selling some belongings.

The couple reviewed options in a March 25 jailhouse phone call obtained by People.

Joseph Duggar, 31, was arrested on March 18th in his home state and then brought to Florida after police in Panama City Beach spoke with a 14-year-old girl. She alleged that he molested her when she was 9 years old during a vacation.

Joseph Duggar, who is part of the large family featured on ’19 Kids and Counting,’ has entered a plea of not guilty to charges of sexual misconduct and has been released on bail. This is the latest development in a case that has drawn significant attention.

One of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s ten sons, and the third oldest of their nineteen children, was arrested and charged with sexually molesting a child under the age of 12. He also faces charges related to inappropriate behavior as an adult. He was transferred to Florida on Tuesday but was released after a $600,000 bond was paid.

During a late March phone call, the couple discussed selling some of their possessions, according to People magazine. These included things like their trailers, an ATV, a pressure washer, and a wood splitter.

She had already removed all her belongings from the family home, preparing it to be rented, according to reports. They hoped renting would provide a reliable income while Joseph was away. It’s currently unknown where she is living now that the house is being rented, or where they both are living at present.

Kendra asked Joseph to pray for her, explaining she was extremely tired after spending two days moving all their belongings following his arrest.

He mentioned she’d experienced health problems before and expressed surprise at her longevity, though People magazine didn’t detail what those problems were. She herself described her survival as “a miracle.”

On March 20th, Arkansas authorities arrested the parents of four children after finding evidence of potential child endangerment during a home visit. This evidence included locks on the outside of the children’s bedroom doors. Each parent faces four misdemeanor charges related to endangering a child and four charges of false imprisonment.

People obtained a recording of a phone call from March 20th where you could hear her children in the background. Two days later, in another call, she mentioned that her children had been taken away from her.

I was really saddened to read that Kendra wasn’t allowed to see her four kids for a whole month. Apparently, E! News shared emails between her husband, Joseph, and his sister-in-law, Anna Duggar, from March 21st, right after Anna and Kendra had a conversation. It’s a tough situation, especially considering Anna’s husband, Josh Duggar, is in federal prison after being convicted of a really serious crime. It just adds another layer of heartbreak to everything.

Anna wrote to Joseph, telling him she was incredibly impressed by how clearly and calmly his mother thought and spoke, even during difficult times. She added that his mother loves him very much.

Joseph said he’s currently in solitary confinement, but he’s been able to stay positive because they gave him a Bible. He really appreciated the encouraging message he received, saying it meant a lot to him.

Later that year, in December, he was found guilty on two charges related to possessing and receiving it.

Earlier this year, allegations against Joseph Duggar surfaced. Details of the case, investigated by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, were released on March 18th.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Duggar repeatedly asked the victim to sit on his lap. Throughout the vacation, he also asked her to sit close to him on the couch and covered them with a blanket. During these instances, he inappropriately touched her, including manipulating her underwear and grazing her genital area, and continued to rub his hands on her thighs.

Authorities reported several similar events occurred. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the victim said Duggar eventually apologized for what he did, and the incidents ceased after that apology.

Investigators discovered that the victim’s father spoke with Duggar about the events earlier this year. On March 17th, Duggar confessed to both the father and local detectives, leading to an arrest warrant being issued.

Joseph Duggar’s next court date in the Florida case is April 20.
