Justin Baldoni is heard rambling about Blake Lively in new voice recording as It Ends With Us legal spat rages on

She claimed that Baldoni had inserted unwelcome kissing sequences during improvisation and made the workplace uncomfortable by engaging in sexual harassment and other related misconduct.

In just one day following the event, The New York Times shared an article exposing that Baldoni had contracted a crisis PR firm to discredit Lively and undermine her reputation, prompting Lively to file a lawsuit against Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, on the same day.

Baldoni countered by initiating a $250 million defamation lawsuit against The New York Times due to their article which he alleges propagated an unsubstantiated and self-beneficial story.

Recently, Baldoni has shared a fresh voice message where he asserts that Lively instructed him and his family members to seek shelter in a basement during the premiere of It Ends With Us.

In a video broadcasted on Tuesday’s The Megyn Kelly Show, Baldoni, referring to his team responsible for editing the movie, stated: ‘On what could have been one of the most splendid evenings in my career, I was banished to the basement with all my friends and relatives for more than an hour because I wasn’t permitted to be visible. She didn’t want me around her or the rest of the cast.’

In another part of the conversation, attorney Bryan Freedman countered Lively’s assertion that Baldoni had harassed her, which allegedly resulted in his exclusion from the premiere event.

In simpler terms, he stated that if Lively felt sexually harassed to such an extent during the production of this film and under these specific circumstances, she likely wouldn’t have decided to rejoin the project. After discussing her concerns, they addressed what her complaints entailed.

‘Regrettably, it turned out that she hadn’t read the book and didn’t grasp its content, leading to complaints such as him entering her trailer while she was breastfeeding, an issue that has been addressed in text messages.’

The allegation is that Jamey Heath, Justin’s partner, displayed content labeled as pornography, but upon closer examination of the complaint filed, it turns out that what was shown was actually a still video of a home birth. Given their discussion about birthing, this content should not be categorized as pornographic.

It’s quite ironic, really, that Blake Lively is criticizing Justin Baldoni for manipulating the media when it appears that her own group initiated this harsh assault by providing The New York Times with inappropriately edited documents before even submitting the complaint.

According to the court documents, the sales of Blake Brown dropped significantly, as much as 78 percent, following the commencement of the ‘social manipulation campaign’.

According to our internal forecasts, the unexpectedly critical media campaign targeting Ms. Lively significantly reduced Blake Brown’s product sales in retail stores by 56-78%. In simpler terms, the negative press against Ms. Lively led to a substantial drop (between 56% and 78%) in the sales of Blake Brown’s products in retail outlets.

The lawsuit noted that the substantial decrease in sales was inconsistent with the impressive customer satisfaction ratings Blake Brown products garnered during pre-launch testing and their initial popularity following launch.
