In a recently released audio, Justin Baldoni is found discussing Blake Lively at length, as their ongoing legal dispute regarding ‘It Ends With Us’ continues to unfold.

37-year-old actor, full of energy, played a lead role in “It Ends With Us” alongside director and fellow actor, Baldoni, aged 40. The movie debuted in cinemas last August and is now available for streaming on Netflix.

For several months, there have been whispers about it, but eventually, Lively lodged a complaint with the California Civil Rights Authority. She claimed that Baldoni had inserted unwelcome kissing sequences during improvisation and made the workplace uncomfortable by engaging in sexual harassment and other related misconduct.

In just one day following the event, The New York Times shared an article exposing that Baldoni had contracted a crisis PR firm to discredit Lively and undermine her reputation, prompting Lively to file a lawsuit against Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, on the same day.

Baldoni countered by initiating a $250 million defamation lawsuit against The New York Times due to their article which he alleges propagated an unsubstantiated and self-beneficial story.

Recently, Baldoni has shared a fresh voice message where he asserts that Lively instructed him and his family members to seek shelter in a basement during the premiere of It Ends With Us.

In a video broadcasted on Tuesday’s The Megyn Kelly Show, Baldoni, referring to his team responsible for editing the movie, stated: ‘On what could have been one of the most splendid evenings in my career, I was banished to the basement with all my friends and relatives for more than an hour because I wasn’t permitted to be visible. She didn’t want me around her or the rest of the cast.’

They guided me away from the rug and led us all to the basement. That’s where my friends and family, those who care for me deeply, and I ended up spending time together.

In the spirit of shared amusement, I found myself chuckling at the absurdity unfolding before us, and it struck me profoundly. This evening, which was meant to be a display of material wealth, instead became an intimate gathering in the basement with those who cherish me dearly. We were all filled with genuine joy and laughter, reminding me that such superficial matters hold no significance compared to the love we share – none of it.

We don’t engage in this line of work simply for red-carpet events and accolades; instead, our passion lies in being artists. We put our heart into our craft because we genuinely believe in it, aiming to produce art that resonates deeply with others and has the power to stir emotions.

That’s what we chose, and it looks like that’s what you two also did. I have faith that this decision will stay with us, truth, light, and love will ultimately triumph.

DailyMail.com has contacted Lively’s representatives for comment.

In another part of the conversation, attorney Bryan Freedman countered Lively’s assertion that Baldoni had harassed her, which allegedly resulted in his exclusion from the premiere event.

In simpler terms, he stated that if Lively felt sexually harassed to such an extent during the production of this film and under these specific circumstances, she likely wouldn’t have decided to rejoin the project. After discussing her concerns, they addressed what her complaints entailed.

‘Regrettably, it turned out that she hadn’t read the book and didn’t grasp its content, leading to complaints such as him entering her trailer while she was breastfeeding, an issue that has been addressed in text messages.’

The allegation is that Jamey Heath, Justin’s partner, displayed content labeled as pornography, but upon closer examination of the complaint filed, it turns out that what was shown was actually a still video of a home birth. Given their discussion about birthing, this content should not be categorized as pornographic.

As a dedicated follower, I’d like to clarify the essence of the movie we’re discussing. Essentially, it delved into the grim reality of domestic violence, portraying intimate scenes with elements of rough behavior and abuse. The film tackled serious matters extensively, to such an extent that some viewers may have felt uneasy or discomfort. In all these instances, Justin demonstrated a commendable responsibility, addressing any concerns raised by the team.

He mentioned they intend to make all documents available online, allowing the general public to examine them and form their own interpretations.

As an ardent supporter, I can confidently state that we possess irrefutable evidence and hard facts to debunk any allegations of sexual harassment, smear campaigns, or retaliation. Our proof leaves no room for doubt; it clearly demonstrates the falsity of such claims.

Following Freedman’s assertion that he possesses proof of a pattern of bullying by Lively, allegedly occurring during their contentious legal battles, on the set of “It Ends With Us.

In a recent statement issued to People on January 7, Freedman claims to have evidence, specifically receipts, indicating Lively’s supposed threats about seizing control of the movie.

It’s quite ironic, really, that Blake Lively is criticizing Justin Baldoni for manipulating the media when it appears that her own group initiated this harsh assault by providing The New York Times with inappropriately edited documents before even submitting the complaint.

We plan to disclose all the proof that reveals a repeated pattern of intimidation and attempts to control the film.

It won’t be shocking, given Blake Lively’s history, that she utilized others to convey threats and intimidate people to obtain what she desired. We have evidence to back this up, along with additional proof.

DailyMail.com has contacted Blake Lively’s representatives for comment.

After the legal team representing Lively spoke out against Baldoni for continuing to assault their client with further attacks.

According to Lively’s lawyers, their assertions of sexual harassment and retaliation have solid evidence supporting them.

To clarify, this isn’t about a disagreement stemming from creative variations or a matter of he-said-she-said, as stated by Lively’s legal team in their opening remarks.

According to what’s stated in Ms. Lively’s lawsuit, and what we will demonstrate during court proceedings, Wayfarer [Studios] and their partners are accused of breaking the law by retaliating against Ms. Lively through astroturfing, a deceptive tactic. This alleged retaliation occurred merely because she was trying to ensure safety on the film set for herself and others. The lawyers concluded by saying this.

Additionally, they have chosen to retaliate by escalating their assaults on Ms. Lively following her initial lawsuit filing.

In every job setting and field, it’s important to note that sexual harassment and retribution are both against the law, as the legal professionals explained when discussing common strategies used by offenders.

A common strategy for diverting attention away from accusations of such misbehavior is to assign blame to the accuser. This can be done by implying they somehow encouraged or caused the behavior, were confused about the intent, or were even deceitful.

A common strategy is to swap roles between the accused and the victim, implying that the wrongdoer was actually the one who suffered. Such an approach serves to make severe misbehavior appear ordinary or unimportant. This was their explanation.

In summary, it’s crucial to note that media declarations do not shield Ms. Lively from her legal allegations. Instead, we will persist in pursuing her case within the federal court system, where the rule of law, not inflammatory language or intimidation tactics, decides the outcome.

In my legal action, I asserted that the defamatory tactics used by Baldoni not only damaged me financially in the past, but these repercussions persist up until now.

She asserts that her haircare brand, Blake Brown, along with her beverage lines, Betty Buzz and Betty Booze, all experienced significant drops in sales because of the negative public reaction she faced.

According to the court documents, the sales of Blake Brown dropped significantly, as much as 78 percent, following the commencement of the ‘social manipulation campaign’.

According to our internal forecasts, the unexpectedly critical media campaign targeting Ms. Lively significantly reduced Blake Brown’s product sales in retail stores by 56-78%. In simpler terms, the negative press against Ms. Lively led to a substantial drop (between 56% and 78%) in the sales of Blake Brown’s products in retail outlets.

The lawsuit noted that the substantial decrease in sales was inconsistent with the impressive customer satisfaction ratings Blake Brown products garnered during pre-launch testing and their initial popularity following launch.
