Victoria Beckham publicly expressed her admiration for her husband, David, as his Inter Miami team celebrated the opening of their new Freedom Park Stadium on Saturday.
Fifty-year-old former soccer player David Beckham and his wife, 51-year-old Victoria Beckham, officially opened the new stadium with a ribbon-cutting ceremony before the Inter Miami CF versus Austin FC game.
The couple was joined by their three youngest children – Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, and Harper, 14 – along with Romeo and Cruz’s girlfriends, Kim Turnbull and Jackie Apostel.
The family appeared together to mark the special event, though their oldest child, Brooklyn, was missing due to a continuing and difficult rift with his parents.
Victoria posted a photo of the whole family posing at the stadium, and another sweet picture of her and David holding hands. She looked adoringly at her smiling husband in the second photo.
On Sunday, she shared a touching message on Instagram celebrating his success, saying she was incredibly proud of him.
She excitedly shared how amazing last night was, expressing immense pride in David Beckham for achieving his dream. She said watching him succeed is inspiring to everyone.

She shared video clips from the day on her Stories and wrote a sweet message: ‘I’m so proud of you, @davidbeckham! You inspire all of us every day.’
I was so impressed with Victoria’s outfit! She wore this amazing white suit – it was a bit oversized, which I loved, and the wide-leg trousers were so chic. She paired it with a light grey vest that had a cool keyhole detail. It was such a stylish look!
David proudly represented his team while wearing a navy suit adorned with the Inter Miami logo.
Romeo and Cruz were quick to publicly support their father. Romeo posted a photo of him at the stadium, and Cruz shared several pictures of the venue itself.
Honestly, seeing my dad take in the brand new stadium was a really special moment. It was incredible, and even more amazing when he got to sit in Lionel Messi’s actual seat by the field – I couldn’t have been prouder! It was a truly unforgettable experience for both of us.
Okay, seriously, reading what he wrote to his dad just destroyed me. It was so beautiful! He said he couldn’t be prouder, that his dad has inspired him to be a better person every single day, and that seeing his dad work so hard proved that you can actually achieve anything if you just put in the effort. I’m not crying, you’re crying! It was just… perfect. I wish my dad was like that!

David responded with a warm message, saying he appreciated the love but was curious why someone was sitting in Leo’s chair. He tagged cruzbeckham and added, ‘Love you.’
David Beckham’s girlfriend, Jackie, 30, also honored the former footballer. She posted a group photo and a sweet picture of them together on Instagram, writing, ‘Congratulations @davidbeckham @intermiamicf @nustadium’ along with a string of red heart emojis.

In 2023, David Beckham, the England football icon, started building what was then known as Miami Freedom Park, three years after he first established the club.
Since their first season, Inter Miami has played at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, which currently holds 21,500 fans. They’re moving to a new location near Miami International Airport that will increase the stadium’s capacity to 26,700.
David shared a photo on Instagram from Inter Miami’s first practice at their new stadium, the Nu Stadium. The video showed off the bright pink and white field, and he captioned it ‘Our new home’ along with two pink heart emojis.

The stadium is the centerpiece of Miami Freedom Park, a massive billion-dollar entertainment complex built on 131 acres of land in Miami.
David and his business partner Jorge Mas had hoped to open the new stadium at the same time as Lionel Messi’s planned retirement in the summer of 2025.
On Friday evening in West Hollywood, Brooklyn, 27, seemed stressed while on a phone call outside the Sunset Plaza Hotel. He was seen pacing back and forth and using a lot of hand gestures during the long conversation.
In January, the chef published a strong six-page letter to his parents, stating he doesn’t want to repair their relationship.
He recently emphasized his positive relationship with his mother-in-law, posting a heartfelt Mother’s Day message praising her while completely omitting any mention of his wife, Victoria.
He posted a photo on Instagram with his mother-in-law, Claudia Heffner Peltz, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, wishing Claudia a happy birthday. He wrote, ‘Love you so much and hope you had the most amazing day!’
Because Claudia’s birthday was on March 12th – just three days prior – the timing felt especially deliberate.
This followed reports that Brooklyn criticized the heartfelt birthday messages his family shared last month, calling them insincere and attention-seeking.
