Tory Lanez hits back at Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘ridiculous’ harassment claims as she files restraining order

As someone who has spent years in the legal field, I must say this situation between Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion is quite complex and troubling. From my perspective, it seems that both parties have been through a lot since the unfortunate incident in 2020.

Tory Lanez responded to Megan Thee Stallion following her request for a restraining order due to allegations that he’s been bothering her while in prison.

32-year-old rapper is now incarcerated for ten years in a Californian prison, following his conviction for wounding a 29-year-old female MC by shooting her feet during an event in 2020.

This week, Megan elaborated on several months of supposed hardships inflicted by Tory, including his alleged collaboration with bloggers to publish false information about her online, as part of a plea to the court.

Additionally, there were claims that Megan’s legal representative possessed evidence showing that Tory’s dad allegedly paid Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, a blogger whom Megan had taken legal action against earlier this year.

On Wednesday, Tory’s legal representatives firmly refuted the allegations of harassment and urged followers not to accept Megan’s account as factual.

Additionally, they asserted that the transactions were unrelated to their client, implying that the facts surrounding this matter would become clear during the trial.

Later, they labeled Megan as ‘preposterous’ for suggesting that Tory’s legal team had submitted a petition in October 2024, allegedly to divert attention from the release of her emotional documentary titled “In Her Words,” which debuted on Amazon Prime Video on October 31.

On Wednesday, Tory’s legal representatives stated that it is “preposterous” for Megan to assert that Tory submitted legal documents with the intention of weakening her newly released Amazon Prime documentary.

As a committed follower, I affirm that they assert the court filing’s timing had no connection to the disclosure of Megan’s document. Instead, it was carried out diligently to adhere to the stipulated legal regulations.

The legal petition in question alleged that the gun used in the July 2020 shooting had been misplaced by the LAPD, as reported by BET.

Nevertheless, the Los Angeles Attorney General’s office determined in November that Tory and his legal team lacked sufficient evidence to support their assertion.

Megan filed her request for a restraining order in Los Angeles on Tuesday, according to TMZ.

According to court documents acquired by the news outlet, it is claimed that Tory utilizes a group of bloggers, among them Cooper, to disseminate damaging falsehoods about herself.

The documents unveil a pattern of calls indicating a joint initiative between Tory and Cooper, which includes a conversation in which Tory’s father is said to have discussed potential payments related to the alleged harassment campaign.

Megan asserts that the unyielding ‘mental conflict’ has had a significant impact on her well-being, causing her to feel deeply sad and detached from her friends.

In a heart-wrenching confession, Megan expressed that there were times when she wished Tory had fatally shot her, if only she’d known she was destined for such unbearable torment.

In her statement, Megan alleges that Tory is fabricating information in an attempt to lessen the severity of his punishment as he appeals his conviction. She also requests a protective order to halt any future harassment, whether it be instigated by him personally or indirectly through other individuals.

Last October, I took the step to file a lawsuit against the renowned YouTuber and social media influencer, Milagro Gramz, also known as Cooper, due to accusations that she was functioning as a spokesperson and marionette for Tory in an alleged manipulative manner.

In simpler terms, Alex Spiro, representing Megan, claimed that Gramz intentionally used a public platform to disparage, diminish, demean, and disseminate untrue information about Megan, acting under the guidance of Lanez.

The blogger is accused of going as far as to share a ‘deepfake pornographic video’ depicting the rapper, real name Megan Pete – a move that Spiro says violates a Florida statute banning ‘altered sexual depictions’ of real people.

Megan expressed to DailyMail.com that it’s now important to call out bloggers who have been spreading harassment, cyberbullying, and false information about her private and professional matters for a long time, and make them responsible for their actions.

I’ve faced numerous personal criticisms that were built on untruths spread by social media writers who falsely claim to be journalists.

She continued: ‘It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.’

On X, Gramz admitted receiving notice that Alex Spiro is filing a lawsuit against her, acting as legal representative for Megan Thee Stallion.

Back in August 2023, I found myself facing a 10-year sentence due to an unfortunate incident that took place at Kylie Jenner’s residence, following a pool party we had in 2020. In the heat of a drunken argument, I made a regrettable decision that led to Megan being shot in the feet.

In a Los Angeles courtroom, the 32-year-old rapper, known as Daystar Peterson, implored the judge for leniency, expressing that he deeply cares for Megan.

Yet, his appeal didn’t exempt him from receiving a ten-year term, which was imposed following an intense trial that garnered significant interest within the realm of hip-hop music.

The shooting happened after a heated argument, instigated by alcohol consumption, inside Lanez’s SUV. Both Megan and her assistant, Kelsey Harris, were there during the incident.

Megan stated that following a fierce dispute, she exited the car, but then Lanez yelled “Dance, lady” and discharged five bullets towards her feet. The incident left her with three bullet remnants that necessitated surgical intervention.

During his sentencing, Lanez acknowledged that he made “childish” comments and disclosed information that he shouldn’t have, in the course of events.

Despite his conviction, he maintained that he still cared for Megan.

Back in December 2022, a court found Lanez guilty of three serious offenses: using a semi-automatic weapon for an assault, recklessly firing a gun, and possessing a hidden firearm in his car.

In addition to their verdict, the jury determined that Lanez inflicted severe physical harm on Megan, which increased the severity of his punishment.

Regardless of his claim of innocence, Lanez’s actions and his subsequent attempt to hush Megan by offering a $1 million bribe seemed to fan the flames of suspicion further.
