Elon Musk TROLLS Ellen DeGeneres with wild Diddy conspiracy theory amid her UK move after Trump win
As a long-time fan of Ellen DeGeneres, I must say it’s both intriguing and heartwarming to see her embarking on a new chapter of her life in the beautiful Cotswolds of England. With her vast experience in showbiz and a knack for finding humor in even the most unexpected situations, it seems like this move might just be another brilliant act in the grand play of her extraordinary career.
As a die-hard admirer, I just couldn’t help but chuckle when I heard about Ellen DeGeneres relocating from the US to the UK. Who knows, maybe Elon Musk saw this as an opportunity to toss a playful jab her way?
On Thursday, Elon Musk, aged 53 and CEO of Tesla, seemed to hint at a possible conspiracy theory concerning the 66-year-old talk show host and her relationship with the embattled hip-hop entrepreneur Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 55. He made this suggestion through a post on his social media platform X (previously known as Twitter).
He was playfully teasing DeGeneres following news reports that she moved to a house in England’s Cotswolds, which she and her wife Portia de Rossi bought just before the recent U.S. presidential election, during which former President Donald Trump won.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’ve found myself reflecting on the decision made by a renowned comedian and Arrest Development star, who at 51 years old, recently acquired a new abode in the UK. Interestingly, they seized this fresh opportunity to bid adieu to the U.S., following the election of a particular figure. This insight comes from a reliable source who shared with TMZ that their departure was motivated by the desire for a change of scenery post Trump’s victory.
The recent article follows the re-emergence of a somewhat uncomfortable interview from 2018 on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where the host subtly hinted at Diddy’s notorious party lifestyle.
Although DeGeneres and Diddy have been associated, with the latter facing allegations such as racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution (all of which he denies), Musk once referred to Combs as a ‘close friend’. This was mentioned by Kate Conger and Ryan Mac in their report shortly after Musk acquired X.
In simpler terms, Musk referred to a comment made by an X user that seemed to imply that DeGeneres might have been aware of the wild, alleged ‘freak off’ parties thrown by Diddy, which could have potentially contributed to the criminal charges against him.
Musk’s initial post contained a snapshot of a tweet by DeGeneres, dated November 4, 2016 (which happened to be Combs’ birthday), that appeared on Twitter.
‘Happy birthday, P Diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean Combs, or as I call him, Cuddle McSnugglestuff. You don’t need to know why. @iamdiddy,’ DeGeneres’ account wrote.
The person who posted the screenshot commented: ‘Her decision to leave the country after the election now seems reasonable.’
I couldn’t help but feel a sense of awe, choosing instead to let Elon Musk’s words speak for themselves, refraining from adding any further commentary of my own.
Rather than responding directly, he instead posted a solitary, slightly doubtful emoji with an implied raised eyebrow, in response to the previous post, addressing his 205.5 million followers on X.
In my enthusiasm, I couldn’t help but notice that many of the responses to Elon Musk’s latest post seemed to be coming from individuals with a history of sharing conservative viewpoints and far-fetched theories. It’s fascinating, yet slightly concerning, don’t you think?
A significant number of articles mention Jeffrey Epstein, a former financier and convicted sex offender, who tragically took his own life in prison back in 2019 through hanging.
Yet, one response featured a screenshot of an article published by The New Republic in August of the current year, where Elon Musk, mentioned as a friend by Diddy, was quoted disclosing that Diddy had made an investment in Musk’s social media platform.
Musk mentioned that Puff, a close friend of his whom he frequently texts with, holds an investment in Twitter.
On the other hand, one response contained a snapshot of an article from The New Republic, dated August of this year. This piece featured a quote from Musk, where he disclosed that Diddy, whom he referred to as a friend, had invested in his social media platform.
It seems that Musk mentioned in the book “Character Limit” by Kate Conger and Ryan Mac, that Puff is an investor in Twitter. He also added that Puff is one of his close friends, and they frequently exchange texts.
In October, the supposed close relationship between Musk and Diddy faced examination when Musk publicly questioned on social media X how many people knew about the allegations of abusive behavior against Diddy.
In September, questions about DeGeneres’ relationship with the mogul arose when a conversation between them on The Ellen DeGeneres Show from 2018 was shared online.
During the interview, the comedian mentioned that Diddy arrived late to the venue, causing her to ponder if he might arrive early to a party she planned.
Combs replied, ‘Indeed, I will be there – but not immediately, as style demands a touch of tardiness – however, not too excessively, if you don’t mind.’ To this, she responded, ‘Please, do arrive in due time.’
Diddy then asked her what time he should arrive, to which she replied, ‘I’ll tell you later.’
She commented: “However, it’s not too late – for when you arrive, that’s when the real party kicks off, if you catch my drift.
Absolutely, I’ve got your back on this important matter, I assure you. You’ll likely end up with sore feet from all the dancing.
DeGeneres and her spouse de Rossi have been spotted exploring their latest surroundings, following reports of their move from the U.S. to a rural area in England.
The pair were seen relishing The Corrs’ music during their visit to The Farmer’s Dog, a recently opened pub in the UK, which is run by renowned British broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson, aged 64.
In a video shared at the watering hole, Ellen and Portia could be seen among the audience, enjoying an easygoing, unplugged set by an Irish band.
Singers James Blunt, 50, and Natalie Imbruglia, 49, were also present.
@NatalieImbruglia, @TheTallIrish, and @JamesBlunt, what an amazing evening at the pub with The Corrs! Just like a perfect pub night – acoustic tunes, drinks, and fantastic company. Kudos to @jeremyclarkson1 for orchestrating it all!
It appears that living overseas might have sparked Ellen’s idea for a fresh hairdo – she opted for a head of dark brown locks instead of her usual golden mane.
The pair, both wearing identical black tops, snuggled up comfortably at a shared table while Ellen sipped on a glass of water.
The video was shared last week, before The Wrap reported that the couple had moved to rural England.
Ellen DeGeneres and her spouse are establishing themselves permanently in the UK, with no current intention of returning to the United States.
To emphasize the lasting nature of their decision, the couple intend to sell their luxurious Montecito home.
According to someone familiar with the matter, the ex-host of The Ellen DeGeneres Show along with her partner Portia de Rossi decided to leave town mainly due to the outcome of the 2024 presidential election, where Donald Trump secured another non-consecutive term in office.
They’re currently said to reside in the picturesque Cotswold region, situated approximately 100 miles west of London, in southwestern England.
This locale is frequently sought after by celebrities aiming to escape the city’s hectic lifestyle akin to London. Given that DeGeneres and Rossi have previously opted for tranquility by residing in Santa Barbara County’s Montecito, approximately 75 miles from LA, this location would likely appeal to them as well, since it offers an escape from the chaos of Los Angeles.
Last month, I jetted across the ocean like a homesick bird, scouring properties for my next abode – and guess who it was I found nesting? None other than the fabulous Ellen DeGeneres!
At the start of October, Ellen was scouting for a home in England. Eventually, she discovered a house that won her heart and made a purchase not long afterwards, as per the report.
I can hardly contain my excitement! Just last night, I had the privilege of joining my idols, Clarkson’s partner Lisa Hogan and the legendary James Blunt, at our favorite local pub. To top it off, the extraordinary band, The Corrs, took the stage for a mesmerizing performance that left me speechless. Truly, these moments with my heroes never cease to amaze me!
Ellen and Portia can expect to share their neighborhood in the Cotswolds with numerous well-known personalities. Some of these celebrities who own properties in the area include David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, Patrick Stewart, Elizabeth Hurley, Jeremy Clarkson, and Damien Hirst – just to name a few.
The area is even home to royalty, as King Charles owns Highgrove House in Gloucestershire.
At some point, Kate Winslet owned a mansion in the region, but it isn’t certain whether she resides there currently; for quite some time, there have been whispers that Hugh Grant owns a cozy retreat in the countryside of the Cotswolds.
Back in October, The Sun announced that the couple had already acquired a property in the Cotswolds region, implying that this purchase took place prior to the 2024 election.
After Donald Trump won the election, the married pair grew profoundly disappointed, with one insider reporting that they intended to leave the United States entirely, as revealed by sources speaking to TMZ.
Despite numerous celebrities expressing their intentions to depart from the U.S. if Donald Trump won the presidency, few have actually carried out this plan so far.
A number of celebrities such as Cher, Barbra Streisand, Sharon Stone, and Sophie Turner had hinted at the possibility of relocating outside the U.S. should Trump win the election; however, it remains uncertain whether any of them have followed through with this plan.
It’s been reported that America Ferrera might be contemplating a shift to the United Kingdom, while Eva Longoria has discussed the possibility of moving to Europe. However, it should be noted that although she expressed her disagreement with Trump, Longoria clarified that her move was primarily driven by international work opportunities.
As a devoted follower, I’m sharing this information: I was one of the notable celebrities who made contributions to Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign.
As a committed supporter, I personally contributed the maximum allowable direct donation of $3,300 to the Democratic candidate who ultimately lost the election. While it’s true that I can’t directly donate beyond this limit, affluent contributors like myself often circumvent these contribution restrictions by funneling additional funds through political action committees and super PACs.
In July of this year, Harris was chosen to step in as the Democratic candidate if needed, replacing President Biden. Later in August, DeGeneres publicly endorsed her through social media posts.
As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but speculate about Ellen DeGeneres’ decision to depart from her American abode. Although rumors suggest it was the election results and the prospect of Donald Trump’s second term that drove her away, there seemed to be a myriad of compelling factors propelling her towards a fresh beginning far from familiar shores.
Her career has been significantly damaged, possibly irreversibly, due to allegations about creating an unhealthy work environment on the set of her self-titled daytime talk show. The final episode of this show aired on May 26, 2022.
On her recent stand-up special “For Your Approval,” released on Netflix in September, she explored the subject of her controversial reputation.
In the comedy special, the comedian playfully implied that she was no longer part of the entertainment industry, sharing anecdotes about what she’s been up to since her TV series concluded.
As reported by The Wrap, the home in Montecito inspired by Bali, belonging to DeGeneres and de Rossi, may either already be discreetly available for purchase (pocket-listed), or it will soon become publicly listed.
As reported by TMZ, they’re yet to decide on a possible selling price, but once they do, the property will become available for purchase.
DeGeneres and de Rossi purchased the massive home for an eye-popping $27 million in 2019.
This grand house boasts five spacious bedrooms and ten bathrooms sprawled across approximately 8,188 square feet, and it showcases unique elements such as bamboo-style ceiling designs, polished black limestone accents, and stunningly aged oak flooring.
The couple also sold their Carpinteria mansion for $96million in August.
