As a long-time admirer of the British Royal Family, it is heartening to see Queen Camilla taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle. It seems that with age comes wisdom and the realization that self-care is crucial.
As time goes by, we gain wisdom, and it seems like the Queen of the United Kingdom has come to understand the importance of self-care.
On the previous Wednesday, King Charles and Queen Camilla had an interaction with numerous film and television celebrities at a gathering held in Buckingham Palace. During this event, Queen Camilla engaged in a friendly discussion with Emily Mortimer, who plays Paddington. Their conversation was quite open as Emily’s mother enjoys a close friendship with the Queen.
Queen Camilla confirms she is no longer a smoker

As reported by GB News, Mortimer mentioned that her mother continued to smoke heavily. This prompted Emily to inquire about Camilla’s own smoking habits. Fortunately, the Queen confirmed that she had given up smoking cigarettes some time before.
It appears that Queen Camilla had a reputation for smoking and drinking, particularly during the late 1990s. GB News alleges that they have photographs showing the Queen smoking outside one of her homes at that time. However, Tom Parker Bowles, her son, denies that his mother was a regular drinker. According to him, his mother has never touched alcohol, specifically gin, in her entire life.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but notice how the Queen maintains a pristine and healthy lifestyle, which I believe will reap significant benefits in the years ahead. Unfortunately, she had to skip the UK’s Remembrance Day events due to a chest issue she was diagnosed with. However, she bounced back swiftly after some well-deserved rest. This health incident serves as a reminder that, moving forward, Queen Camilla needs to prioritize her wellbeing even more. Quitting tobacco from her daily routine could be an effective step towards achieving this goal.
At present, it appears that the Queen’s current health concern won’t prevent her from carrying out her public responsibilities. Fingers crossed, we hope for a swift recovery on her part so she can grace more prominent occasions and offer glimpses into life as a leading figure in the Royal Household.
