As a longtime admirer of the charming and lovable bear from Darkest Peru, I eagerly await the release of Paddington 3. With my years of experience in the world of cinema, I can confidently say that this film will not disappoint. The star-studded cast, including Ben Whishaw as Paddington’s voice, Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Emily Mortimer, and Antonio Banderas, promises a delightful blend of talent and humor.

In an unexpected twist, Queen Elizabeth II is set to make a special appearance in the upcoming third installment of a popular Hollywood movie.

Finally, the day has arrived! After an agonizing seven-year wait, Paddington in Peru is set to hit screens on November 8th. This long-anticipated sequel to the beloved Paddington 2 promises a delightful adventure that I simply can’t wait to immerse myself in.

In the cameo, the departed queen will be briefly seen enjoying afternoon tea with Paddington Bear. This scene comes from a short film produced for the monarch’s 2022 Platinum Jubilee festivities.

In order to obtain this special moment for the feature movie – an approval from Buckingham Palace was needed, with the Royal Family ‘very happy for it to happen‘.

According to Variety, Ron Halpern, who leads global productions at Studiocanal, stated that they secured the project ‘with the approval and cooperation of the royal family.’

In the United Kingdom, the movie “Paddington” will hit theaters on November 8, and in the U.S., Columbia Pictures plans to release it on January 17, 2025.

According to producer Rosie Alison, they were genuinely pleased that it transpired. (or) Producer Rosie Alison mentioned that they were truly delighted when it occurred.

‘But we don’t like to make a big deal of it, because Paddington’s obviously a very modest fellow.’

Meanwhile The Crown favourite Olivia, 50, revealed she was over the moon and ‘signed without hesitation’.

The actress will transform into a nun to play the Reverend Mother in the franchise.

‘Paddington is just the best person in the whole wide world,’ she said thrilled.

‘Imagine if everyone was like Paddington, wouldn’t that be lovely?’

Earlier last month, it was revealed that Paddington has been granted an official UK passport from the Home Office.

In the upcoming third film, it’s been disclosed that the character from Peru has been granted a passport for his journeys depicted in the storyline.

According to Rob Silva, he wrote to the Home Office to ask if they could obtain a replica, and surprisingly, they granted Paddington Bear an authentic passport – it’s unique since there is only one available.

‘You wouldn’t think the Home Office would have a sense of humour, but under official observations, they’ve just listed him as Bear.

Apart from the identification photo, Paddington’s passport contains details such as his birthday on June 25th, last name Brown, male gender, British nationality, and South American origin, specifically from Peru, where he was born.

The movie chronicles the journey of the famous animated bear, voiced by Ben Whishaw, who sets out on a trip overseas to meet his aunt Lucy, a return to his native land.

Under the direction of Dougal Wilson, it’s set to feature the return of Hugh Bonneville as Mr. Brown and Imelda Staunton reprising her role as Aunt Lucy.

Whishaw elaborated that sending Paddington to Peru would reveal an alternate aspect of the cherished character for viewers.

The actor told Empire: ‘He connects with his country, and his bearishness.

He has a quality that makes him seem familiar, oddly enough. While on one side, he’s mastered being courteous, well-mannered, and following proper British customs.

‘And on the other, he’s a bear who’s clumsy and leaves chaos in his wake.

‘That’s why children like him, because children are in the same position.’

Yet, fans were taken aback when they discovered that Sally Hawkins would no longer be playing Mrs. Brown, having been replaced by a new actress in the role.

Emily Mortimer, famed for her work on HBO’s The Newsroom, has taken up a new role as the family embarks on their newest journey.

Previously, Sally expressed that it seemed fitting for her to pass on the responsibility in the film, and there’s no one more suitable than the exceptionally talented Emily Mortimer. She is genuinely extraordinary.

She’ll encapsulate the spirit of Mary Brown while still making it uniquely hers. Yet, my affection for Paddington’s realm remains unwavering.

I deeply cherish the time spent with both my on-set and off-set ‘family’ during the production of the initial two movies. Truly, these periods were among the most enjoyable and creatively stimulating moments I’ve experienced within the realm of cinema.

She remarked, ‘Both of them brought me immense joy. I will keep them incredibly dear to my heart for all time.’

At the start, Paddington Bear finds it challenging to figure out how to use a photo booth while trying to take a passport picture.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I always ensure my trusty marmalade sandwich is within reach, tucked neatly in my hat for those unexpected hunger pangs. However, during my latest outing, I found myself in a bit of a spin – quite literally! After losing control of the whirling chair, my adventure took an unexpected turn, resulting in some rather chaotic snapshots.

As they reach the Senior Bear Residence later, the Nun in Charge conveys the sad information that the location of Aunt Lucy has become uncertain.

In my expertise, I must share a concerning situation: I fear that my friend has embarked upon an enigmatic journey, lost within the heart of the untamed wilderness, and her whereabouts remain elusive to us all.

With all my heart set on it, Paddington expresses, “Aunt Lucy managed to locate me when I was still a young one, and now it’s my turn to find her. Let’s give it a go.

In addition to Antonio Banderas, the cast includes Julie Walters, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin, Carla Tous, and Jim Broadbent.

Paddington 3 will hit cinemas on November 8, 2024.
