Bill Maher, 68, admits dating choices aren’t ‘age-appropriate’ amid ‘romance’ with Al Pacino’s baby mama Noor Alfallah, 30

As someone who has spent decades navigating the complexities of Hollywood and its ever-changing romantic landscape, Bill Maher’s latest revelations about his love life resonate with me deeply. His unconventional approach to dating, coupled with his firm belief in living life on his own terms, is a testament to his resilience and self-awareness.

Only a few days have passed since Noor Alfallah publicly addressed the whispers of a romantic relationship, and now Bill Maher has chosen to voice his thoughts on the matter too.

30-year-old film producer Alfallah has just become a mother for the first time, having given birth to son Roman with 84-year-old acting legend Al Pacino.

Earlier this month, she grabbed attention as she was seen dining out with the 68-year-old Maher.

Last week, Alfallah clarified that “Bill is simply a friend of mine, an excellent one at that,” implying she isn’t romantically involved with Pacino. She added that co-parenting Roman has been an ‘outstanding’ experience for her.

Currently, Maher has shared insights about his personal relationships on the Him and Her episode of The Skinny Confidential podcast. He mentioned that he is currently single and not actively seeking a partner at the moment. However, he expressed disinterest in women who are around his age.

He informed the podcast hosts Michael Bosstick and Lauryn Evarts Bosstick that he isn’t seeking anyone at the moment. However, he mentioned that being unavailable seems to be more appealing to certain women.

He acknowledged that nothing he foresaw when he was younger has transpired in his life. Interestingly, he added that at his current stage, his romantic pursuits do not align with societal expectations of his age group. However, he did not explicitly reference Alfallah by name.

When questioned about whether his romantic feelings might seem unusual given a younger age difference than what is considered appropriate, Maher gave a direct reply.

‘Not just perceived, they literally are. The people who are pissed off at that, f— you. You do you, I do me. You do what works for you,’ he said.

He also spoke plainly about why he never got married.

‘I don’t believe in it. It’s not hinduism, there’s no belief in it,’ he said.

‘It would ruin everything. I mean, I’m not going to,’ he added.

Maher added, ‘This topic fascinates me, yet it’s challenging because I prefer not to share specifics about my private life experiences.’

He insisted that his choice of staying unmarried, ‘sure works for me,’ and encouraged others to find their own path as well instead of following societal norms.

He mentioned that for far too long, he had this idea fixed in his mind that you needed to discover ‘the one’, as if it were a hidden Easter egg, and once found, all would be ideal.

‘That’s certainly not the way I’ve ever seen life work, and didn’t work for me,’ Maher insisted.

Still, he acknowledged that marriage does work for many people, stating, ‘It’s not that I don’t believe in marriage or acknowledge that some people do have good marriages. I know people who would be lost without this.’
