Influencer Sarah's Day reveals how she is preparing to give birth as she counts down the final days of her pregnancy

As a dedicated follower of Sarah’s Day, I can’t help but admire her dedication to ensuring the best possible start for her third child. Her experiences with her previous pregnancies have undoubtedly shaped her approach, and it’s inspiring to see her taking proactive steps to influence the birth position.

Influencer Sarah, who is heavily pregnant, is making preparations as she nears the end of her pregnancy and is only a few days from delivering her third baby.

In my personal journey as a lifestyle enthusiast, I, Sarah Stevenson from Sydney, am sharing my strategies for ensuring my little one assumes the ideal birthing position. Here’s how I’m doing it!

On Monday, Sarah shared on Instagram that her baby is presently in the Left Occiput Anterior (LOA) position – an optimal alignment where the baby’s head is positioned toward the pelvis.

Sarah mentioned that her third child with husband Kurt Tilse is currently positioned in such a way, and she hopes it remains that way to allow for a frontal labor experience during delivery.

Next to a video where she appeared in a swimsuit, Sarah gently swayed on an exercise ball, tenderly supporting her growing belly.

She shared that she’s been resting primarily on her left side, adopting a comfortable “puppy” or extended “child’s pose,” performing hip flexibility rotations with a ball, and receiving regular acupuncture treatments each week, all as an attempt to maintain the baby in its proper position.

When I was carrying Malaki, my second child, I certainly engaged in a great deal of that activity,” she explained, “Regrettably, he remained in the posterior position.

As an overjoyed enthusiast, I find myself deeply appreciative, for this time around, it seems like more elements of my baby’s development and delivery are within my sphere of influence. At the moment, I am delighted to report that our bond appears to be strengthening in response to all my efforts, and everything feels harmonious and aligned (LOA).

‘Praying he stays like this and this next labour/birth is a really healing experience for me.’

In August, Sarah started subtly sharing the potential name for her unborn child with everyone, making a significant suggestion after casually mentioning that she and Kurt had decided on the name approximately eight weeks prior.

Apart from disclosing it has two syllables, they shared that this didn’t particularly excite Sarah, since her preference was for a single-syllable name instead.

She then went on to urge fans to tell her their favourite one syllable names in the comments.

At that point, we merely needed to decide on a single syllable middle name for Kurt, since he’s already fond of one, but I feel a longer two-syllable name might not fit him as harmoniously,” she expressed earlier.

It seems to me that I’ve proposed around 200 names to Kurt so far, but he appears to be firmly set on a particular two-syllable one.

Later, she asked her followers to share their favorite one-syllable names in the comment section, using those suggestions as inspiration for choosing her baby’s middle name.

As a lifestyle guide, I’m here to assist! If you’re looking for a distinctive one-syllable option for a boy’s middle name, how about these suggestions:

Sarah and Kurt presently co-parent two young boys: Fox Ocean, aged five, and Malakai Koa, at two years old. In previous conversations, Sarah has candidly discussed her challenges with hormonal issues and the struggles she’s faced in becoming pregnant.

She took to social media in May to share the exciting news with her 1.2million followers.

She excitedly shared on Instagram that she can hardly wait to meet her beautiful newborn, mentioning that she had also posted the moment she discovered she was pregnant on her YouTube channel.

Through a fresh Instagram update, the Sydney-based blogger with blonde hair announced that her baby is expected to arrive in October.

In the nine-minute video on YouTube, Sarah kept testing negatively for pregnancy until she finally got a positive result on a digital pregnancy test.

She exclaimed with excitement, ‘My heart is racing, so fast,’ following the wonderful news. ‘For years, we’ve yearned and hoped to have a family of three children.’

She announced the baby’s gender in a cute gender reveal posted to YouTube in June

In May of 2021, Sarah and Kurt exchanged vows at a small wedding ceremony. Their young son served as the page boy during the procession.

The lifestyle and fitness vlogger has gained a loyal following due to her handy tips and tricks on fitness, health and wellbeing.
