As a seasoned boxing aficionado with decades of ringside experience under my belt, I must say that the spectacle at Wembley was nothing short of electrifying. The energy in the air was palpable as two British heavyweights faced off for the IBF title.

On Saturday evening at Wembley Stadium, Maya Jama appeared lively and enthusiastic when she attended the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois fight alongside Emma Bunton.

The Love Island host, aged 30, was stunning in a white square-neck mini top, paired with an over-sized gray hoodie and blue denim pants.

With soft, flowing curls in her dark hair, Maya beamed her stunning grin while settling into her seat before the upcoming battle, giving a thumbs-up to the camera.

While Spice Girl Emma, aged 48, sported a black sweater and spectacles, she was on hand to witness Daniel’s stunning victory over Anthony in the fifth round, clinching the IBF heavyweight title with a knockout.

In another place, Conor McGregor stood out wearing a vibrant shirt beneath a gray vest.

He seemed to enjoy himself, smoking a cigar while donning a pair of dark shades on his face.

Ahead of the fight, the MMA star insisted that his return to the UFC will come in 2025.

Simultaneously, supporters of Oasis criticized Liam Gallagher for not aiding the success of his reunion tour, as they described his show at Wembley on Saturday as “awful”.

52-year-old musician known for “Wonderwall,” slated to team up with his brother Noel for a tour in July 2025, performed prior to Anthony Joshua’s boxing event.

However, following the presentation of three songs – Rock n’ Roll Star, Supersonic, and Cigarettes and Alcohol – it was evident that the audience had strong opinions regarding the performance, as some stated they were relieved they didn’t buy tickets for the show.

After a number of people felt let down, technical issues on the Ticketmaster site and exorbitant variable prices made it difficult for them to secure tickets for the Oasis tour scheduled for next year.

A multitude of fans flocked to express their opinions about Liam’s upcoming performance with Noel, as they eagerly anticipated the reunion.

‘Glad I never got Oasis tickets after hearing that Liam Gallagher performance’.

‘Does this Oasis reunion no favours this Liam Gallagher performance’

‘Liam Gallagher genuinely sounds f*****g awful’

Nevertheless, while some fans admired the singer’s performance, one commented: “You surpassed the main act…it seemed like your set was extended!

‘Liam Gallagher, highlight of my night,’;

For those who may have only encountered Liam Gallagher’s music through the song “Wonderwall” three decades ago, his performance tonight retained the same familiar sound he has maintained over the years.

‘Dont understand why people are criticising this performance! Its classic liam Gallagher.’

Despite what some may say was an ‘awful’ gig, Liam did help make history as show has become the biggest live boxing event in British history.

Additionally, among the spectators found former Love Island contestant Tommy Fury, who faced boos from a significant portion of the 96,000 attendees at Wembley Stadium.

The boxer, 25, reacted to the boos and jeers in good spirit by cupping his ears and smiling.

Tommy made his first public outing since it became known a month ago that he had parted ways with his ex-fiancée Molly-Mae Hague.

Molly-Mae declined to elaborate on why they ended their relationship, which had lasted for five years.

In my professional perspective, I must clarify that I have recently refuted baseless claims of unfaithfulness, arising from conjectures circulated across various social platforms.

Ever since I laid eyes on Molly-Mae and Tommy on Love Island back in 2019, I’ve been absolutely hooked! Fast forward to January 2023, and the joy I felt when they brought home their little miracle, Bambi, was indescribable. It’s as if my favorite reality couple just added a new chapter to their beautiful story!

Tommy’s big brother Tyson Fury was also at Saturday’s fight in London.

Initially, Tommy faced a wave of boos as he came onto the large screen, but once the image switched to Tyson, seated alongside promoter Eddie Hearn, the crowd’s mood noticeably shifted.

Responding to the audience’s applause following a moment of jeers towards his little brother, Tyson let out an exuberant laugh.

Tommy had faced questions about his private life earlier in the day at a Q&A session at Box Park.

Upon inquiring about his recent activities, he responded, “To tell you the truth, quite a bit has transpired… There have been ups and downs, some positive and negative events, but the media will always be the media.

‘But let’s talk some boxing. I’m excited to be at Wembley and I think it’s going to be a great night of boxing. I’m looking forward to every single fight on the card and I think there’s going to be some explosive fights going on.’

Afterwards, he expressed his intention to step back into the ring by December, further mentioning that his goal was to fight approximately five to six times a year.

He declared, “At heart, I’m a fighter.” He added, “The various skills I’ve acquired throughout my life are just extras, but fighting has always been a part of me. It’s what I’ve done for all my life, and it’s what I want to continue doing.

In a surprising turn of events, Daniel Dubois left spectators amazed as he knocked out Anthony Joshua in the fifth round, thereby successfully defending his IBF heavyweight title.

In an unexpected turn of events, the long-awaited face-off between the two British contenders took place within the ring, where they clashed for the heavyweight championship in a sold-out Wembley stadium. However, it was Dubois who ultimately claimed victory.

Right from the get-go, ‘Dynamite’ Dubois delivered an astonishing performance, demonstrating his tremendous strength and even managing to send his opponent to the floor during the first round.

In a dazed state, I retreated to my corner, seeking wisdom from my trusted guide, Ben Davison. Somehow, I held on during the second round as Dubois relentlessly pressed on.

Yet, it seemed Joshua hadn’t completely regained his strength after the initial hit, and he found himself on the floor again in the third round, just moments before the bell tolled.

For the fourth time, AJ remained calm and didn’t back down from the continuous blows inflicted by Dubois, who sensed a potential knockout was within reach.

After Joshua had apprehended Dubois and moved ahead, it was during the fifth round when the IBF heavyweight title holder retaliated with a powerful right hook, knocking his opponent down.

On the third try during the match, Joshua struggled to rise back up, instead tripping over something, which left the referee with an easy choice: ending the contest.

96,000 spectators were buzzing with excitement, struggling to fully comprehend the impressive performance put forth by Dubois that evening.

After the fight, Dubois maintained that he hasn’t yet fully tapped into his abilities.

‘I’ve only got a few things to say, are you not entertained?!,’ he declared.

It’s been quite a ride, and I’m truly thankful for where I am now. I stand strong and resilient, much like a gladiator or a warrior, until the very end.

‘I want to get to the top of this sport and reach my full potential.

Offstage, I collaborate closely with my father. It’s been an up-and-down journey, but now it feels like the perfect moment – a chance for me to prove myself and make amends. I won’t rest until I realize my full capabilities.

Following the battle, Joshua displayed humility in acknowledging his defeat, stating that he fell short during the event, marking the fourth loss of his professional boxing career.

Discussion arises about Joshua’s professional path following his loss to Dubois, and it seems unlikely now that he will ever battle fellow heavyweight contender Tyson Fury, as Fury is set to square off against Oleksandr Usyk in December instead.
