According to TMZ’s latest report, it is said that Diddy’s twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie, aged 17, are currently being looked after by their mother’s closest friend, Lala.
Diddy’s daughters currently reside in Los Angeles, whereas his sons Quincy, age 33, Justin, age 30, and Christian, age 26, have temporarily moved to New York due to their father’s ongoing legal matters.
Over the last several years, Lala has taken on the role of caretaker for Porter’s kids, according to TMZ. Yet, it’s important to note that she isn’t their officially appointed guardian.
From 1994 to 2007, Porter had a rollercoaster relationship with Diddy that was sometimes on and sometimes off. During this time, they had three children together: Christian, Jesse (one of the twins), and D’Lila. Tragically, she passed away at the age of 47 due to lobar pneumonia in 2018.
D’Lila and Jessie are both in school in Los Angeles and Lala has been managing their schedules.
She’s doing her utmost to safeguard the girls, keeping them insulated from external disturbances.

According to Agnifilo, it’s not considered sex trafficking if everyone willingly chooses to be involved. He emphasized that the authorities are overstepping boundaries by meddling in his client’s personal affairs.
In legal documents, prosecutors stated that they have already spoken with over fifty potential victims and witnesses, and anticipate this list to expand further. They plan to utilize various pieces of evidence such as financial transactions, travel records, invoices, digital data, messages, and videos of the ‘Freak Offs’ events to substantiate their arguments in court.
At various moments, Combs gave a nod while his attorney was speaking, and on occasion, he’d lean towards them for a quiet chat when they weren’t talking. Meanwhile, the director kept a neutral expression, maintaining eye contact and observing other aspects of the proceedings.
On a Monday night in Manhattan, Combs was taken into custody, approximately half a year following the execution of search warrants by federal agents during an investigation into sex trafficking at his opulent residences in Los Angeles and Miami.
If found guilty on all charges, a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison is guaranteed, with the potential for a longer term, extending to life imprisonment.
The charges against Combs portray him as leading an illegal organization involved in various crimes such as sex trafficking, coercing labor, arranging prostitution across state lines, drug-related activities, abduction, arson, bribes, and obstructing the course of justice.
According to the indictment, Combs and his companions used their influence and high status to scare and attract women towards them, frequently under the guise of a romantic connection.
The text implies that he resorted to employing physical force, intimidation, and compulsion to persuade women into participating in explicit sexual acts with male prostitutes for the ‘Freak Offs’ – elaborate and professionally-made sex shows – which Combs organized, directed, often engaged in himself during, and frequently filmed, producing numerous videos.
At times, he would orchestrate bringing the women to him, ensuring their involvement through various means such as obtaining and supplying them with drugs, managing different aspects of their careers, utilizing his financial resources, and employing threats and violent acts, as stated in the accusation.
The occurrences might persist for several days, and during these incidents, both Combs and the affected individuals frequently received intravenous fluids to aid their recovery from physical exhaustion and substance abuse, as stated in the accusation.
The statement implies that his staff organized events called ‘Freak Offs’, which included making travel arrangements, reserving hotel rooms, supplying items like drugs and baby oil, arranging for IV fluids to be delivered, and even tidying up the rooms afterwards.
During this year’s raids on Combs’ residences, authorities confiscated narcotics, ‘Freak Offs’ videos, over a thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant, as reported by prosecutors. They also mentioned the seizure of firearms and ammunition, including three AR-15s with altered serial numbers – two of them dismantled, found in his Miami bedroom closet.
Combs’ attorney stated that his client did not personally possess the firearms found in his home, as he contracts a security service instead.
The accusation paints Combs as a man prone to violence, alleging that he has throttled and shoved individuals, struck and kicked victims, and on occasion, pulled their hair, leading to injuries that required several days or weeks to recover. Witnesses among his employees and associates reportedly observed these violent acts, while also impeding the victims from leaving or locating those who attempted to escape, according to the indictment.
It is claimed that Combs occasionally made secret videos of his victims while they were participating in sexual activities, which he then used as leverage to maintain their loyalty and silence. He also held power over them by offering career prospects, providing or withholding financial aid, dictating their appearance, checking their medical records, and deciding where they resided, according to the indictment.
Under the impending threat of legal accusations, Combs and his companions reportedly attempted to silence witnesses and victims by offering bribes and concocting false accounts of events, according to the indictment.
In a legal document, the prosecution alleges that Combs, along with an unknown accomplice, abducted an individual under duress around Christmas time in 2011, primarily for the purpose of enabling a burglary at another person’s residence. The document further states that about two weeks later, Combs deliberately ignited someone’s vehicle by making a cut in its convertible roof and placing a homemade incendiary device, often referred to as a Molotov cocktail, inside.
According to prosecutors, what they claim transpired was all happening secretly, beneath the public image of Combs’ international music, lifestyle, and fashion enterprise.
