Alessandra Ambrosio shows everyone how it’s done as she storms the runway in racy looks at PatBO’s NYFW show
As a devoted fan of fashion and all things glamorous, I must say that watching Alessandra Ambrosio strut her stuff on the runway is nothing short of mesmerizing. Her journey from Victoria’s Secret Angel to a timeless beauty is truly inspiring.
She’s one of the biggest names in the fashion business.
On Tuesday, Alessandra Ambrosio gracefully took over the catwalk at PatBO’s Spring/Summer 2025 fashion show during New York Fashion Week, effectively teaching her fellow models a thing or two about modeling prowess.
43-year-old Brazilian model gracefully showcased elegance while strutting the runway in a stylish, low-cut burgundy gown embellished with shimmering sequins.
The elegant outfit had openings to highlight her sculpted physique, and its colorful fringes adorned the sequined lower part.
Later on, she gracefully changed into another breathtaking outfit, wearing a dress that boasted a strapless design with a black torso and a voluminous white miniskirt adorned with puffs.
A butterfly motif was embellished along the bust and featured a risqué keyhole cut out.
For her final look, Alessandra modelled a sheer brown vest that she paired with flared jeans and black court heels.
The mom of two attributes her exceptionally fit physique to her workout regimen which encompasses Pilates, yoga, and evening power walks under the sun.
During a chat with Ocean Drive, the model shared thoughts about her experience in the highly competitive world of fashion.
Throughout time, the fashion world has undergone change, yet there remains a lot of progress to be made,” she stated.
‘I feel it needs to be more inclusive and representative of the amazing, diverse beauty we see in real life.’
But the fashionista has idols of her own.
Previously, Alessandra mentioned to Harper’s Bazaar that her style icons are Brigitte Bardot, Grace Kelly, and Marilyn Monroe. She admires them because they exuded confidence and a playful spirit, and they embodied an enduring style.
The beauty also divulged how her relationship with her appearance has changed over the years:
Over time, I’ve found a newfound sense of self-assurance within me. I never anticipated that modeling would be a long-term venture, but surprisingly, I’m still engaged in it and thoroughly enjoying the experience.
‘So, that has made me feel that I can embrace my look at every stage of my life,’ she explained.
Between 2004 and 2017, she strutted down the runway as a Victoria’s Secret Angel and served as the inaugural model for their brand, PINK.
Ambrosio has been a model for brands like Christian Dior, Armani, and Ralph Lauren, and has also participated in advertisements for Gucci and Oscar de la Renta.
Alessandra has a 12-year-old son named Noah and a 15-year-old daughter called Anja, who she co-parents with her former partner Jamie Mazur. They parted ways in 2018 following a decade of relationship.
