Kill Bill star Michael Madsen, 66, has domestic violence case tossed OUT due to ‘insufficient evidence’… after arrest for ‘shoving wife’

As a seasoned observer of Hollywood’s rollercoaster ride, I can’t help but feel a pang of sympathy for Quentin Tarantino’s right-hand man, Michael Madsen. The man has had quite a tumultuous 2022, to say the least. From eviction woes to trespassing charges and the tragic loss of his son, it seems like fate is throwing one curveball after another at him.

The accusation against Hollywood actor Michael Madsen for allegedly pushing his wife DeAnna Madsen, aged 64, in a domestic violence incident has been dropped.

The Los Angeles District Attorney told TMZ on Tuesday it was due to ‘insufficient evidence.’

A representative stated, “We’re overjoyed that Michael Madsen can move past this matter and we eagerly anticipate further cooperation with this seasoned and esteemed performer, who promises even greater achievements ahead.”

A week past, finding myself utterly shaken, I’ve been grappling with the news that my beloved Uma Thurman, iconic star of Kill Bill, was taken into custody due to allegations of domestic violence. The idea of her, a woman I admire deeply, being involved in such an incident is almost unbearable.

He also allegedly locked her out of their home, which is located in the Los Angeles area.

The Reservoir Dogs star was given a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.

And Madsen had to spend part of his weekend in jail, it was also alleged.

Madsen posted a $20,000 bond and was released from custody.

A few days on, I, as a devoted follower of events, expressed my client’s stance to THR. Perry Wander, my legal representative, made it clear that Madsen was not culpable in any instances of domestic violence.

The scene sounded chaotic. It happened late at night in a residential community.

Actor from the film Once Upon A Time in Hollywood was apprehended shortly past midnight on a Saturday, following an incident that prompted a police response.

After cops hit the scene his wife was ‘safe with a security team.’

But police still wanted the actor arrested after they spoke with him and DeAnna.

According to a source close to the celebrity, they informed TMZ that it was a misunderstanding between Michael and his spouse. We’re hoping for a peaceful resolution for both parties in this situation.

Michael wed DeAnna in 1996.

The trio consists of their sons Hudson, Luke, and Calvin. Regrettably, their son Hudson passed away due to a gunshot injury in the year 2022.

This recent arrest wasn’t Madsen’s first brush with the law.

2022 saw a well-known Hollywood actor being taken into custody for entering private property that he had been forced to vacate. This information was shared by DailyMail.com.

It was a $5.3 million Malibu mansion just across the Pacific Coast Highway from La Costa Beach.

According to our exclusive source, DailyMail.com learned that Michael had been residing at the property for about a year prior, however, the rental agreement was under someone else’s name.

It appears that the house was rented by someone else, with a significant amount – approximately several thousand dollars – of unpaid rent accumulated over time, as reported by DailyMail.com.

For the previous two years, the landlord had been attempting to evict the tenants. However, due to the suspension of evictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, the legal process extended over several months.

According to the source, the individual who had rented the house was summoned to court, and as a result, everyone involved, which included Madsen, was forced to leave the house on February 17th.

Around 8:30 PM, the property owner got a call on their phone from the security firm of their rented house, informing them that an individual was attempting to force entry into the residence.

Instead of living far from the house, the distant homeowner arrived at the property and spotted Madsen lounging on the front veranda.

In response to an urgent call, the property owner dialed emergency services (911), and shortly after, a deputy from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office arrived on scene and apprehended the seemingly unkempt individual, Madsen, for illegal entry or intrusion.

Under a loose pair of jeans, a denim jacket, and an only partly fastened Hawaiian shirt, Uma Thurman – famously known as Kill Bill’s protagonist – was initially admitted to West Hills Hospital before being transferred to the local police station.

Based on the records from his booking, he received a fine of $500 for a minor offense and was freed just before 7 in the morning on a Thursday.

After reaching an agreement with the property owner, three-time married Madsen can now collect his possessions following his arrest.

Madsen has had a terrible start to 2022.

His arrest came just a month after his son, US Army Sgt. Hudson Madsen shot himself dead on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, where he was stationed with the 25th Infantry Division. Hudson was an Afghan war vet.

A week following Carlie’s surgery to excise a breast tumor, unfortunately, Hudson passed away.

“I’m utterly stunned because my son, who I recently chatted with, informed me he was joyful – the last message I received from him read ‘I love you dad,'” he shared with the Los Angeles Times.

From what I observed, there were no indications of melancholy or depression. It’s truly heartbreaking and disheartening. I’m merely attempting to grasp the situation and figure out exactly what transpired.

According to Madsen, his son’s marriage is thriving, and he has just finished his initial tour of duty with the United States Army.

Despite facing common financial struggles that many people encounter, he harbored a deep desire for a family. Looking ahead to the future, his determination was nothing short of astonishing. Frankly, I find it hard to comprehend how things unfolded for him.

Actor Madsen is advocating for a comprehensive military inquiry regarding the demise of his son, due to suspicions that certain officers and enlisted personnel may have belittled Hudson for seeking therapy. This alleged behavior, according to Madsen, might have discouraged Hudson from disclosing and addressing mental health concerns he had privately harbored.

In 2019, an actor lost a $100,000 part in the film “Confessions of a Serial Killer” following a car accident involving his Land Rover hitting a pole and his subsequent arrest for driving under the influence (DUI). Later, he served a jail sentence of four days.

In 2012, he was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) because of his erratic driving behavior. Instead of receiving harsher penalties, he negotiated a plea bargain where he agreed to attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings as an alternative.

Consequently, because Madsen missed his mandated Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, his probation was withdrawn.
