The latest twist – Victor von Doom declaring himself the savior of the world and retaining his Sorcerer Supreme title – is nothing short of genius. It’s a bold move, reminiscent of the days when Doom would stop at nothing to achieve his goals.
The expression “This event will change the world” is often used casually in comics, yet it’s seldom accurate to suggest that small changes or inconveniences significantly impact heroes on a global scale. This writer recently stated that Blood Hunt was commendable but required a significant climax. He also expressed faith in Jed MacKay’s ability to deliver something extraordinary, both of which were spot-on assessments.

In Dracula’s words, “Saving the world creates a debt that it must repay,” which could imply that the battle against these vampires is not yet over, or they might be able to subsist during the day without needing to feed.
No matter what transpires, there are three undeniable truths. People can’t dismiss the reality of vampires, as they’ve been pursued and slain by them for days. This ordeal will likely embolden more vampires to reveal themselves, since they no longer need to hide. Some crave coexistence, while others find pleasure in the chase.
Afterward, it remains unclear if Miles Morales continues to require blood for his existence or how this transformation might influence his life. Despite his increased power, he may grow to despise his new condition. Moreover, we can’t forget the events of Blood Hunt, which leave us wondering about the reactions of his parents and friends towards his changed appearance. Some of them might find him frightening.
