As a big fan of Landman, I was hooked from the start of season 2. It picks up right where things left off, and we see Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton) adjusting to his new role as President of M-Tex. It’s interesting because he’s really pushing for Cami Miller (Demi Moore) to have full control of the company, but he’s also dealing with some seriously dangerous pressure from Gallino (Andy Garcia), a drug lord who wants to become… well, let’s just say he wants Tommy to be on his side, and he’s not taking no for an answer.

Even after just one season, The Sopranos was clearly doing something different. Tony’s therapy sessions weren’t just a plot device; they allowed the show to deeply explore themes of guilt, what it means to be a man, and how trauma affects families, slowly revealing that Tony wasn’t truly in control. From the very first episode, it was obvious Tony wasn’t like other antiheroes on TV, and a single line perfectly captured his perspective, laying the groundwork for his entire character arc over the show’s six seasons.

The animated series Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles launched on Paramount+ just over a year after the Mutant Mayhem movie came out, and Season 2 arrived on the streaming service in December 2025. However, Paramount+ decided not to renew the show after Season 2, making it the shortest animated series featuring the Ninja Turtles ever created. The cancellation of the well-received series, which was intended to be part of a larger expansion of the franchise, may be linked to both the postponed Mutant Mayhem sequel and the recent merger between Paramount and Skydance.

The first season of this highly praised Christmas spy series stars Keira Knightley as Helen Webb, a spy who’s been secretly sharing information from her politician husband with her organization, the Black Doves.

The FBI team has seen significant changes, particularly since Tiffany’s departure. Following her exit, Scola was without a consistent partner while the show explored different characters to replace Katherine Kane. Currently, Juliana Aidén Martinez’s Eva Ramos is working alongside Scola. However, just as his partnership becomes stable, another storyline is creating new challenges.

The TV presenter is currently in Australia filming the new season of the challenging ITV endurance show, but the crew worked hard to make the day memorable.
