Yellowstone boss’ hit soapy drama has future confirmed after “record-breaking” success

Despite not yet releasing its second season, Taylor Sheridan’s new show, The Madison, has already been renewed for a third season by Paramount, thanks to its popularity.

The show, which premiered on March 13th, quickly became a hit, attracting 8 million viewers in its first ten days.

Paramount reported that the show had the biggest premiere of any series created by Sheridan, becoming the most-watched original series in its first week, racking up almost a billion viewing minutes.

Given those impressive viewership numbers, it’s not surprising the show was quickly renewed for a third season, even before the second season has aired.

Filming has already wrapped on season 2, with the premiere date set to be announced soon.
