XRP to $1,000? Ripple Co-founder Could Be Worth $2.7 Trillion, 500K Millionaire Boom Predicted
Well, well, well, look at XRP, sitting pretty at $2.20. Sure, it’s down 2.3% in the last 24 hours and about 4% over the past week. But let’s not get all gloomy just yet, folks. The little fella has skyrocketed by over 300% in the last year. A wild ride, if you ask me. But hold on, some so-called “experts” are making the kind of predictions that belong in a fairy tale — saying it could hit $1,000. That’s one tall tale, my friends. Others are sitting on the fence, scratching their heads, and wondering just how high XRP can really go.
According to a post that’s gone viral on X (formerly known as Twitter), Ripple’s co-founder, Chris Larsen, is apparently sitting on a whopping 2.7 billion XRP. Now, if XRP somehow manages to reach $1,000 per coin — which, let’s be real, seems about as likely as a pig flying — Chris’s net worth could balloon to an absurd $2.7 trillion. That would make him the first trillionaire in history, putting even Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos to shame. And don’t think he’ll be the only one laughing all the way to the bank. If XRP holders keep their coins tucked away, we could be looking at a whole new batch of wealthy folks. We’re talking 300 to 500 new billionaires, 10,000 people with over $100 million, 100,000 folks with over $10 million, and around 500,000 shiny new millionaires. Sounds like a financial apocalypse, doesn’t it?
XRP is never going to $1000
$10 is possible.
$100 is unlikely.
$1000 will never happen.

What Would It Take for XRP to Rewrite Financial History?
Now, don’t hold your breath waiting for that $1,000 price tag. Some folks claim it’s a long shot. XRP would need to jump by nearly 50,000% to hit $1,000. Experts like Matthew Brienen and Patrick Bet-David seem to think it could happen, given XRP’s role in global payments. But I’d put my money on it never happening — even if we fast forward 25 years.
Now, let’s do a little math, shall we? If XRP hit $1,000 with its current supply of 58.4 billion tokens, its total market value would hit a mind-boggling $58.4 trillion. That’s more than the value of gold ($22.4 trillion), Apple ($3 trillion), Bitcoin ($1.7 trillion), and the entire crypto market ($2.7 trillion) — combined. To put it mildly, XRP would be worth more than all of them put together, which makes hitting that $1,000 price seem about as likely as finding a unicorn in your backyard.
XRP Price Prediction (Short-term)
As of right now, XRP is trading at $2.20. Most indicators are playing it cool, saying “meh,” with only momentum giving a little nudge to the “buy” side. But all the short- and medium-term moving averages are waving a big red flag, signaling “sell.” The 200-period EMA is still hanging in there, but it hasn’t been able to push above that pesky resistance at $2.27.
Keep your eyes on these support levels: $2.22, $2.07, and if things get really dire, look out below for $1.92, $1.85, and $1.61. It might be a bumpy ride, but with rising trading activity and some liquidations in the derivatives market, there’s a glimmer of hope for a recovery. But let’s not kid ourselves, XRP isn’t going to hit $1,000 or even $100 anytime soon. Some say $4 or maybe $10 is possible. But $1,000? That’s a pipe dream. And let’s not forget the big question: “What if Larsen decides to sell a chunk of his stash?” That could send the price into a tailspin faster than a tornado in a trailer park.
