Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Patches Will Improve Frame Rate, Enemy AI, and More

As an enthusiastic gamer, I couldn’t help but dive headfirst into the captivating world of “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers,” a fresh, Souls-like action RPG that made its grand entrance on Steam. The game’s debut was nothing short of spectacular, amassing an impressive peak of approximately 132,000 concurrent players!

However, the experience wasn’t all smooth feathers for me and other PC gamers. Unfortunately, we encountered quite a few optimization and performance issues that tarnished our initial excitement.

As a dedicated gamer, I’m excited to share that Leenzee Games has just rolled out an update to smoothen things up. But guess what? There’s more on the way! They’re not only fixing performance hiccups but also listening to our voices, tweaking the game according to your feedback. In future updates, expect adjustments in difficulty levels and boss battles, all thanks to your valuable input. Keep the suggestions coming, we’re all ears!

The updates will address issues such as boosting performance on specific GPUs by fixing crashes, smoothing out frame rates, minimizing lag, enhancing texture quality in low-resolution zones, and refining asset details within certain regions. Additionally, balance adjustments are planned to address concerns like increasing the rate at which Wuchang gets back up after being knocked down, improving enemy and boss AI, managing the level of exploration pressure in certain areas, and decreasing the number (and potential damage) of some traps.

Leenzee is enhancing rewards for players who missed out on pre-order bonuses, offering them three headgear items for both Standard and Deluxe Edition owners. On top of that, Deluxe Edition owners will also get an extra three costume sets for their Deluxe edition and four additional weapons, beyond the already announced outfit. Keep an eye out for further information once the update is launched.

The game titled “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers” can now be played on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and personal computers. For a detailed analysis, don’t miss our review that awarded it a score of 8 out of 10.
