Where Winds Meet Update 1.011 Brings Last Content Drop of 2025

Everstone Studios launched update 1.011 (full version 1.011.000) for Where Winds Meet on December 20th. This update includes the final content release for the free-to-play game in 2025.

The event begins tomorrow, but the necessary files are already available for download. The developers will activate everything when the time is ready.

Per the roadmap, here’s what’s being added tomorrow and on December 30:

  • SWORD TRIAL: SCARLET SHOCK – SLEEPING DAOIST/MURONG YUAN
    (12/21)
  • HERO’S REALM: BLAZING GALE DANCE – TWIN LIONS/MURONG YUAN (12/21)
  • FIREWORKS FESTIVAL (12/30)

We might get a couple of small updates this month, but they won’t include any new content. Everstone plans to share a detailed plan for future updates in January 2026, which is something to be excited about for the game.

The studio shared details about what they’re currently working on, and also discussed upcoming improvements for the PlayStation 5.

Some of the items being looked into include:

  • Text localization
  • PS5 compatibility
  • Multi-character creation features.

  • Enhanced audio experience
