In the game Atomfall, you’ll require Skill Manuals to unlock new skills. Each one teaches you something unique. If you want to master Blue Fingers, you will need the Consumable Manual. You can purchase it from Billy Gorse at the Trader Camp in Casterfell Woods, or you may find one inside the Bakery on the upper floor of Wyndham Village.
