As a longtime NCIS enthusiast, I must say that the upcoming series, NCIS: Origins, has me absolutely thrilled! The chance to delve into the early days of Gibbs’ career under the mentorship of Mike Franks is like finding a lost treasure for us fans.

In “NCIS: Origins,” we delve into the past, exploring the realm of “NCIS.” Here, a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs teams up with an earlier version of Mike Franks and his group. This has left fans curious about certain events involving Mike in the original show.

In the initial run of the show, Frank made his debut in Season 3. He appeared sporadically across various episodes up until Season 8. It became evident that Frank was instrumental in shaping the Gibbs character we’ve grown to admire. As a result, Frank swiftly gained popularity among fans, becoming a beloved secondary character.
