Netflix has given fans a sneak peek at season 3 of Wednesday, revealing that some of the new episodes will be filmed in Paris.
Netflix shared a photo on social media today showing Jenna Ortega, who plays Wednesday Addams, posing with a motorbike in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The new Instagram post also shows Thing, the spooky, living hand that follows Wednesday around. The photo was captioned with a chilling message: “From Paris, with dread.”

Those who enjoyed the first season of the show will remember it concluded with Wednesday and Thing heading out on Uncle Fester’s motorcycle – with a special sidecar for Thing – to find Wednesday’s friend, Enid.
At the end of the season, Enid was unable to change back from her werewolf form and disappeared into the woods. Meanwhile, Wednesday might travel to France as she keeps looking for Enid (Emma Myers).

Filming for the third season started in February and features several new actors joining the cast, such as Eva Green, Winona Ryder, Lena Headey, Andrew McCarthy, James Lance, Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, and Kennedy Moyer.
In season two of Wednesday, actress Green will play Aunt Ophelia Frump, Morticia’s long-lost sister. The character will be revealed to have been secretly kept locked away in a room at the home of Wednesday’s grandmother, Esther (played by Joanna Lumley).
Green expressed her excitement about joining the dark and unusual world of Wednesday when her role was announced for 2025.

She described the show as delightfully dark and funny, and expressed her excitement about bringing her unique personality to the role of a member of the Addams family.
According to the creators of Wednesday, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, Eva Green consistently delivers a captivating and unique performance – she’s graceful, mysterious, and wonderfully unpredictable.
She’s a natural fit for Aunt Ophelia, and we can’t wait to see what she brings to the character and how she develops Wednesday’s story.
Wednesday seasons 1 and 2 are streaming on Netflix. A third season is in production.
