Truth about Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein’s ‘electric’ chemistry as it’s ‘revealed actress has grown close’ to her British co-star

Reports suggest Jennifer Lopez has become friendly with her British co-star, Brett Goldstein, after working together on their upcoming romantic comedy, Office Romance.

Their on-screen romance is well-known, but rumors suggest they have a strong connection even when the cameras aren’t rolling.

Jennifer and Ben Affleck separated in 2025, and she’s apparently been spending a lot of time with a comedian even before beginning work on her latest project.

Jason Sudeikis, known for his role in Ted Lasso, has reportedly been single since his breakup with Beth Rylance in 2022. They had been dating for about a year before the split.

Everyone on set knew Brett and Jennifer Lopez clicked instantly – they had amazing chemistry, and that’s going to be obvious when people watch the movie, according to a source.

‘They were very touchy, feely, and always laughing, and everyone suspected they were hooking up.’

Let me tell you, I’ve heard from a source that at the show’s wrap party, things definitely heated up between these two! Apparently, they couldn’t keep their hands off each other while celebrating with the whole cast over dinner and drinks. It was pretty obvious to everyone there that they were getting cozy.

Filming was a really enjoyable experience for her, and it was exactly what she needed to lift her spirits after her split with Ben Affleck. He definitely cheered her up.

People often joked that Brett was the British equivalent of Ben. She clearly enjoyed his British personality and felt well cared for while they were filming.

Daily Mail has contacted Jennifer’s and Brett’s representatives for comment.

In September 2024, the pair attended a performance of the Broadway show Oh, Mary! to see their fellow actor, Betty Gilpin, on stage.

You know, after we finished filming, I was on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ with Andy Cohen and I let it slip that Brett was actually my favorite on-screen kiss! It was a fun moment, and I just had to be honest – the chemistry was definitely there!
