Following their separation on Wednesday, there was a flurry of speculation among fans about the reasons behind the boxer and Molly-Mae Hague‘s split.

Without evidence, rumors spread that Tommy was unfaithful. Following Lissie Rhodes’ birth of her first child last week, fans presumed that Tommy might be the baby’s father.

Breaking her silence on Thursday, Lissie posted on TikTok: ‘Tommy fury is not my baby’s dad.’

Lissie’s dad, Ryan, commented on the rumors in an Instagram post, saying: “I’m en route to the gym at 7:10 PM and I can hardly believe what I’m reading. I just can’t believe it. The gossip, the speculation, the idle chatter.”

He continued: ‘Guys, Lissie, Barry, and our Shakur are so happy. So happy. We’ve got a life, you need to get one. Let’s have it!’ 

Ryan additionally posted a picture that Lissie had reshared, featuring Lissie, her boyfriend Barry, and their child Shakur.

On the 23rd of July, it appeared that the influencer was still deeply in love with Tommy, as evidenced by her marking their one-year proposal anniversary by sharing a video commemoration of the special moment on social media.

Tommy’s posts, however, hinted at no issue between the pair. 

On the very same day that Molly-Mae didn’t wear her engagement ring for Bentley, Tommy uploaded a sweet photo of them on Facebook with the message: “I don’t know what I’d do without her.”

And just hours before Molly-Mae announced their split, Tommy seemed to have no indication that their split was coming because he posted smitten snaps. 

The pictures showed the sportsman doting on his daughter Bambi before heading out for a dessert date with the reality star.

It comes as a resurfaced clip also showed Molly-Mae sharing her fears that Tommy was cheating on her, just hours before they got engaged in July 2023.

Molly-Mae is planning to reduce her activity on social media and her professional obligations, as she works through the challenges of living without Tommy.

She stated, “As I work through the upcoming days and weeks, I ask for your understanding and respect for my privacy during this challenging period. I’ll return when I feel ready. Best, Molly-Mae”

Approximately an hour past, Tommy expressed his feelings about the separation through his Instagram Stories, saying, “I’m deeply saddened to announce that Molly and I have chosen to part ways.”

Instead, it’s possible they were recommended to create a living together agreement since there isn’t any particular law that specifically addresses the separation of unmarried couples at this time.

If they’ve combined their assets without a prenuptial agreement or living arrangement contract, either person could find themselves regretting the decision if they were to separate in the future.

The recent newsbreak unfolds merely two months following Molly-Mae’s announcement on Instagram about her and Tommy, the younger sibling of boxing legend Tyson Fury, planning to wed in 2025. She also shared that they have grown even closer after welcoming their daughter Bambi into their family.

She said: ‘I think Bambi has made us closer. Any bickers we have are never actually about her! Parenting together, especially recently has been amazing.’

A reliable source disclosed to The Sun that Molly openly expresses her distaste for Tommy when he overindulges in social gatherings, stating, “Molly isn’t shy about voicing her displeasure whenever Tommy gets carried away with the festivities.”

Over the weekend, it turned out to be quite an awkward situation for her. She felt humiliated as she found herself continually appearing in videos, all while attempting to have a fun and celebratory time with Bambi.

The influencer was without her £600,000 sparkler as her husband-to-be lived it up in the UAE.

Additionally, she posted a video on her social media stories advertising Gymshark’s Black Friday sale, and conspicuously missing from her hand was the diamond ring.

In December, Molly-Mae stirred worry as she appeared visibly emotional and confessed that she has been facing tough times, since she was spotted without her engagement ring once more.

She expressed: “Folks, I’m finding it hard to figure out what to share with you at the moment. You can see that I don’t look great. Let me assure you, I feel far, far worse than I appear. Trust me on this.”

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t hide my past unease when it comes to watching Tommy battle it out in the ring. In fact, I purposefully avoided tuning into the television screen during his duel with Jake Paul back in February.

Initially, Molly-Mae wept gently when she learned about Tommy’s victory. However, as a new mom, it was too emotional for her to actually watch him fight in the ring.

While Tommy embarked on his highly anticipated confrontation with Jake, she remained in the United Kingdom along with their newly born daughter Bambi, who had arrived only a few weeks prior.

However, instead of watching the fight on television, she hid in her bedroom during the contest, as her sister Zoe posted a video clip of the event that was viewed by their family and friends.

2022 saw Molly-Mae expressing discomfort when witnessing her partner, Tommy, receive blows in the boxing ring against Daniel Bocianski. She openly declared that such scenes were distressing for her to watch.

She explained to BT Sport earlier that instead of watching him directly, she prefers to focus on the screen as a means of coping with the situation.

Experiencing him in person is incredibly intense. Watching him on-screen eases some tension, but I still have indentations from my nails on my arm where they’ve been pressing hard due to the emotional impact.

She finds it truly dreadful; something she wouldn’t inflict on her most despised foe. Watching a loved one fight, after all, isn’t pleasant at all, she concluded.
